Stayed 3 nights. The location isn't good as it's far out from most sight seeing spots, except for the Panda sanctuary. It's also on a busy ring road, so quite noisy. Not many places to visit by foot. Service, as per all hotels we stayed at, was very bad (impolite, no or little English) and very inflexible. Our local guide... More

This hotel was ok but had limited facilities and again not near to anything. Outside of our room the carpet had a horrible stain on it. Like several other of the hotels we stayed in there is either a blind or curtain to block off the bathroom window from the bedroom, very strange!

The room we stayed in was fine. However, there was a very loud banging mechanical noise. We are not entirely sure where it came from. It kept reoccurring throughout the night and did woke us up several times in the middle of the night. Not a happy bunny.

The hotel is around 40 minutes drive from the airport (longer at rush hour. Try not to get a room at the front of the hotel facing the flyover, it can be quite noisy. Our room (room 1215) was lovely with two large (3’ wide) single beds and a handy desk area but without a view. Internet access is free... More

Was attending an exibition earlier this month in Chengdu. Booked an executive deluxe room thinking that I can use the executive lounge. After checking in, I was informed that the lounge is not open. In fact the lounge was never operational. They offered free breakfast as a compensation. As to the breakfast, the food was exactly the same for all... More

I chose this hotel because the booking (accor) website said there was an executive lounge and being platinum, I get an automatic upgrade to the executive floor and access to the lounge. Well THERE IS NO LOUNGE. There is a sign for a lounge, that leads to a locked door with nobody in there. When I enquired downsides when the... More

Our room was OK, clean and comfortable. We found the food fine at breakfast but the organisation terrible. Things were difficult to find, there was not enough staff to clear away after customers so hence messy tables left every where.

the train and bus station is just across to hotel. There is market or shopping place and some restaurants near the hotel. I tried the fitness facilities and was quite satisfy. The breakfast is nice. The room is neat and clean and luxury too.

By far the worst hotel we used in a three week visit to China. The rooms we not ready when we arrived in the evening, even then they were badly cleaned and smelt of smoking. Breakfast was utter chaos, no one clearing tables, no plates, cutlery or drinks. The few staff on duty were totally disorganised. The lifts took up... More

I stay here 1st time. They didn't have a free drink for member of Accor hotels. The executive lounge is fake. platinum member has no access to there. The staff in the lounge didn't know what's platinum member. If you are a freq. flyer, don't stay here.
