The WiFi is absolutely horrendous! Very slow, and unstable. Everyone at the hotel complains about the WiFi. It's a pity, because it's otherwise an excellent hotel. If you plan to go there, make sure you bring your own data/hotpot solution.

I travelled to Chengdu on business at the same time as a major international exhibition which meant the hotel was full and security levels high.I was in the VIP towers along with the other (?) great and the good and so to access my room I have to pass through scanners. But when I got there my room was amazing,... More

Had a wonderful stay. Very large comfortable rooms. Staff helpful but their English is poor. Food in general in Chengdu is a challenge though apart from breakfast, which was ok but not amazing, we did not eat in the hotel except to order a Caesar Salad from room service which was awful. By the way, there is a Starbucks very... More

i stayed in this hotel for work and it's very close to my office location. it's clean and staff was nice but the inner facility was rather old-fashioned. the price speaks for the quality, and i don't mind paying a little extra for my next visit in CD.

Posh surface, but deceptive. Non-smoking isn't really non-smoking. The rooms have a musty smell of cigarettes -- at least all that I entered, and the hallways too. The restaurant buffet is quite nice with a lot of variety and the staff seems genuinely willing to help, i.e., if they can understand English. During conference, staff were noisy and never learned... I was here for five days at a meeting. My room in the VIP side was opulent, though one panel of the shower had obvious mold. The lower ratings are other items. The hotel has two shopping areas with high end appearances but fake names, take offs on designers and locations. It's like Disney world. The buffet was ok for... More

Big hotel not far from the river, quite clean with comfortable rooms even if the structure is a bit old. Breakfast and lunch buffet are quite nice with a good choice and staff is helpful and nice. Wifi doesn't work well.

JinJiang is one of the best Hotels Ive been to so far. Simply smarter, elegant, and a very friendly staff. Although they do not speak good English but they try their best to assist you. The rooms are so big and spacious, the view is so nice (overlooks the city), and all the lighting and curtains are controlled by a... More
