First time staying at New World, great experience overall.
Good variety breakfast, gym and pool are pretty much the best in Dalian since I’ve also tried many other brands over the years. Business lounge is well set up.
Special thanks to Amanda, Naomi, Christy and Kenzo for making me feel comfortable and welcomed.
Will definitely come back in the near future.

I love the New World hotel especially the executive floor. Everytime I live here I feel the same way about my family，Kenzo, Cora, Sage and John care for me as well as my brothers and sisters. this is my second home.If I can't come here, I have no place to go.

My family and I live about an hour outside of Dalian. New World is by far our favorite hotel in the City. We normally have an excellent time, but our last stay I have felt the urge to post as they went above and beyond to accommodate my family and make it a memorable visit. While my family was eating dinner, Ann Zhu the Sales Director, asked us how our stay was going. As always we said it was going great. She asked if the hotel could provide some toys for my two boys (6 and 3). We were blown away when we returned to our room as there was an awesome play tent, legos, and an awesome nightlight for the boys. I want to thank Ann for her act kindness and it just reaffirms why we love this hotel so much.
If you have never stayed here. It is a super family friendly hotel. The breakfasts our excellent. Their pool and gyms are some of the nicest we have experienced in our travels. It is also in a great location with a mall and many quality restaurants near by. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

The view from my room on the excutive floor reminded me of the New York skyline! it was very impressive. Breakfast was great and plentyfull, service was very good and the staff helpfull. I would use this hotel if I had reason to go to Dalian again.

Stayed here on Business. Hotel has opened recently so everything is modern, and up to date. No issues with technology, internet worked first try, which was a first for hotels in China. Beautiful big room that was set up for the business traveller, and such a reasonable price for what we got. Must check out the pool! It’s amazing, wish I could have spent longer swimming, and less time working! We had a business dinner in the Chinese Restaurant, really delicious and impressive setup. Great location, not far from the airport, right in the middle of down town. Will stay here if/when we are back this way again.

A great hotel, the rooms were great, the location is convenient to business district . The food was fantastic, the gym and spa were great as well. overall had a great stay would recommend to any business traveler.

checked in from 17 to 21 July. Hotel is relatively new and building and facility is well maintained, staff is generally well mannered particularly the Residence Club staff, Kenzo, Amanda, Alisa.
However, I would like to bring to the attention of the management on the terrible conduct on the front desk during check out. I have specifically instructed the front desk staff and indicated on the receipt that I wanted for the charges to be charged in local currency(RMB) instead of the my home base currency (SGD). I have re-emphasize 2 times on my request and he assured that it has been taken care of.
Despite that reassurance, I found it surprising that it is completely different from what it is supposed to be. Have called in to the front desk and supposedly a duty manager will look into this but I have not seen it being resolved.
Do not recommend.

Very nice hotel, gives you a luxury feeling and an exellent staf.
The hotel is situated perfectly.
I travell to China at least ones a month, and we stay at New World hotel as often as we can.
Always stay on the top floor, so that we can enjoy a afternoon tea, and the evening food.

Our room was on 24th floor which is on one of the club/executive levels. The club lounge on the 22nd floor has a large library/reading room as well as several dining/lounge areas. The staff in the lounge was friendly and helpful, but they will not allow any food or beverage to be taken out of the lounge, not even a club soda. Breakfast is available in the lounge, but the buffet breakfast in the lobby had a bigger selection.
