From the esthetic, service, food and location; this place fully delivered. What a wonderful stay we had. Very central and beautiful location. Helpful welcoming staff that also spoke English which is great for foreign travelers. The cleaning ladies Yvonne yi and Rose ma were always super sweet and made sure our room was always up to standard. Beautiful spa! Loved that I could access the library at any time for my work. The WiFi was super fast. Also access to bicycles was a great bonus. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back ✨👍

My family and I recently stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Fraser Suites Dalian. The apartment was quite spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the staffs' exceptional service and friendly attitudes. My children enjoyed the swimming pool and the location enabled us to easily get anywhere we wanted. We plan to return in the future for another visit. 2 nights just wasn't enough.

I stayed with my family members in this wonderful service apartment/hotel for almost 3 months in early 2024. It is a very well managed place: good breakfast including international and my favorite northern China style food; rooms are pleasant and get cleaned twice a week; there is also a sufficient kitchen for family cooking; staffs are friendly and quick in providing help and support to customers; their detail oriented services such as Chinese New Year greetings and good luck window charms, snacks, sweet sesame dumplings for lantern festival day, cake for woman's day, etc., are heartwarming. The well managed and equipped gym, the pleasant ambience of the swimming pool and the sauna are popular places for me and my family members. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to a major sightseeing harbor, and not far away from the city center. I also like it that there is a shopping mall, a supermarket and lots of restaurants right downstairs in the same building compound.
I thank the manager and the staffs of Fraser Suites Dalian for their dedicated services and their providing me and my family members such a pleasant home feeling experience. I'm sure to stay here again whenever I visit Dalian.

Room has kitchen, utensil and washing machine. No need to buy anything related to the room

Great stay for longterm and shortterm. Stayed here longterm and can recommend due to the great amenities and excellent service! The service is high class and staff is always there to help. The location is in a very nice area and close to a Mall. Amenities are all quite new and maintained very well. The food, especially also the breakfast buffet is also complete, big choice of eastern and western dishes and delicious. Overall great stay and feels like home. Thanks to the staff for the great stay! And hope to be back soon!

The mall is accessible from level 4 of the hotel and has a lot of eating options. WiFi is fast and reliable. Room had all the features & appliances to make a comfortable stay. Windy from the front desk helped me throughout my stay. My only request if the hotel could enhance the in-room-dining menu to include more options. Service from the in-room dining staff was excellent!

Wonderful stay at the very new hotel. Fabulous huge room. 100m from the metro. 20m pool. Very helpful staff. Next to large shopping mall, access to food floor via hotel. Bicycles available for guests. Booked this trip last minute and none of the hotels in the middle of town were available. I was very pleased to be staying here as it is in a quieter part of the city, near the water, with the city only a hop, skip and a jump away.

The service was excellent. The premises were very clean and well-kept. Housekeeping was very attentive. The location connecting to the mall was very convenient. It was quiet and lovely. Overall this hotel made our trip very enjoyable. The air conditioning was excellent and the blackout shades were as well. The bed with very comfortable and sleeping conditions excellent. I can highly recommend this hotel.

It depends on the type of suite. The studios and 1 Bedroom can stay 2, the 2Bedroom can stay 4 and the 3 Bedroom can stay 6. Additionally, kids below 12 can stay as well but not more than 2 per room and up to 3 for 3 bedroom suite . Extra beds and be placed in all rooms. The studios and 1 Bedroom can add 1, the 2Bedroom can add 2 and the 3 Bedroom can add another 1. Extra Beds will come with additional costs.
