Fortunately I was traveling with a Chinese National who could communicate with the locals, otherwise I would have never found this place. Even with that assistance we had to make some phone calls to get directions. Located in the middle of local neighborhood the facility shares a building with a largely abandoned shopping mall and the entrances to the rooms look over a very large courtyard. On the plus side, there were many local shops to buy snacks and water and the nearby restaurants had decent quality food. The balcony of the room did have nice view of the city. The building next door was an elementary school which provided a charming wake up alarm in the form of a bell and chattering children.
