Our room was adequate, it faced the back looking over a small car park so no traffic noise, but we did hear fighting cats and barking dogs in the night! No hot water in the morning for a shower. A bit of a walk to the main square and all the restaurants in that area and as we didn't arrive...

Stayed for one night with family. Very good internet. Not such a new hotel, but well kept. A little far from the coast so not much in the way for views from bedroom windows. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and confortable. Breakfast similar to other hotels in town. But dining room a little tight. Overall good place for overnight stay.

As I had missed my bus to Rio Gallegos, I phoned them to ask for a room to spend the night and yes, they had one. I had investigated beforehand and even tried to book a room online but had no success due to very low speed internet connection at my before location. So I arrived a few minute after...

We couldn't go on up to Lago Grey the same day because the flight from P Montt was switched to the afternoon, so the travel company (Chimu, who were brilliant by the way), booked us here with apologies. No apology needed. A night here was too few and just a pity we had to go to the end of the...

From the outside, this hotel has the charm of an old building but once inside it is clear that the entire hotel has been renovated. The rooms were comfortable and modern. We had a room overlooking the coast and the view was lovely. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is adjacent to the main...

We were there for the second time (the first was three years ago). Rey Don Felipe is not a luxury hotel, but has pretty everything that one needs for a short stay. Our room was small but clean. The bathroom is tiny and lacks space to put toiletries etc. The breakfast buffet was better three years ago. It's still decent...

We stayed here a total of 5 nights - beginning and end of our Panagonian vacation and a night between other locations. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't even look to stay anywhere else if we visit Punta Arenas again. This is a relatively small hotel that has a comfortable, cozy feel throughout. We had one of the best...

We used this property as a staging point for a flight to 75S in a private aircraft The hotel was lovely. It was clean, friendly and well located. All the front desk people were delightful and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. Overall highly recommended.

We had travelled from Sydney via Santiago so were in need of a hot shower, a quiet and clean room and a comfortable bed. Hotel Rey Don Filipe provided all of these things as well as pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast. The hotel was within easy walking distance to two bus companies so we were able to visit both...

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed starting our Patagonia trip with a free califate sour before dinner. The dining room was cheerful and the food good and typical local Chilean food (local fish, local lamb), which is what we wanted. The hotel is near the main square and an easy walk to most...
