We stayed two nights. The room was large, clean and well serviced. There is a small bar (never saw anyone in there) and a large breakfast/dining room. Breakfast was great, buffet with all the trimmings. Overall it was a comfortable, well decorated hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The Punta Arenas restaurant and bar area was about five minutes walk...

This hotel is expensive for what you get. It is considered luxury- for the price I was looking forward to something much better. Very disappointed and confused by the good reviews and price. The location is good-about two blocks from the main square. The room was small, bathroom was small, the carpet was stained. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable....

Dear Guest, Dear Guest, only our concern to provide a good service and the effort put into it, is the reason that, thanks to thousands of comments from our distinguished guests, puts us in the category that you describe. We just identify ourselves as a four star hotel. But we work hard to be the best four star in town....

In other parts of the world this hotel would not qualify as a "luxury hotel". Its a good hotel, big rooms and beds (not stylish), really good dinner in the restaurant (not during the mornings, where the breakfast is at best ordinary if not less), clean, nice straff. But really not luxury in the sense, I understand it. However, the...

Dear Guest, we always welcome those who share their impressions of our service, that and having a permanent concern for the welfare of our distinguished guests, is what made the difference, leading us to be considered in such category. The concept that you identify, we have received only from the thousands of guests here served with concern and affection. Not...

We stayed 2 nights in two different types of room on our way in and out of Torres del Paine. The 1st night was in a king room which was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The second night was in a triple. The beds in the triple were very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. We ate in the restaurant...

Once again, thanks to Trip Advisor for helping me choose this hotel for my trip to Punta Arenas. This is the second time I stay there. As usual the room is fine 22m2 area, heating is excellent. The food is OK but the daily menu is sometimes not complete as they run out of some dishes, still good value for money . This time I noticed the gym and Spa. What caught my attention was that the Jacuzzi area...
