Very convenient, great location, walking distance of city centre. The hotel is nice and comfortable, we had a nice meal on the restaurant, and breakfast was nice. Staff very helpful, we had to wait to check in, but they kept our bags, and we went for a walk.

Stayed 1 night (20 Sep 2016), booked a Standard Single Room with Queen Bed on Expedia for USD82 including breakfast. Took a shared van transfer from the airport, about 30 minutes. The lobby has a cabin cottage vibe. Check-in was quick, the reception staff was friendly (1 speaks good English, the other does not), no staff to help with luggage...

Stayed at the hotel for quite some time due to work. Breakfast I think is always included, and is fine - wouldn't pay for it. Good to grab a coffee, juice and some toast. Ordered room service a few times and was presented very well and served in a timely manner. maid service is good and prompt. however the soap...

A lovely hotel really close to the town centre - the main square is just two blocks down and all the restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes walk. It has a nice snug feel and has evidently been renovated recently with nice stone fittings and all modern features. Rooms are spacious with flat screen TVs and good showers, and...

Good hotel, nice facilities. The queen size bed and pillows were amazing. Everything was clean and the breakfast is great. After breakfast we asked for coffee and they brought everything out again, free of charge :) also the staff is very kind and helpful.

Nice attractuve hotel with helpful reception, a welcome drink of calafate sour and nice rooms. Very handy to walk into town and for restaurants. Hotel provided a VERY early breakfast for us well before normal time so we could go on an early Penguin Island excursion.

Stayed one night before going back to Santiago. Room was avarage, kind of needs to update for example the carpet.. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Room was still clean. Traffic noise is pretty loud from outside. And room was really really cold. Jacuzzi was nice extra, but sauna.. Nice thing to have but it was really different at least...

We don't understand the negative reviews given to this hotel. We were here twice to and from EcoCamp in Torres del Paine. We had the same room both times and it was extremely clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating though there was confusion about breakfast the first day. An early breakfast was arranged but apparently the night staff did...

Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and it was our best dining experience in Punta Arenas. Don't ever stay in this hotel. Dated furniture. Horribly worn and dirty looking carpet. Ugly breakfast area and mediocre food. Do me a favor and stay at the Dreams del Estrecho. Beautiful, modern and cheaper
