Love the room decor and hotel in general. Restaurant food is great and the waiters are very friendly and make great recomendations. My only issue is that there is no in room TV and room WiFi was not working. I told the front desk and they just gave out dumb excuses instead of resolving the problem. Still if you like being out of touch but resting comfortably this is the place for you .

Retreated to this amazing hotel after spending days in the park. A little far off from the town, but totally worth the views and seclusion. The hot tub wasn’t at the right temperature, but managed to soak for about 10 mins. The staff are friendly, and even allowed us to check in earlier than check in time. Thanks for the experience! Will be back!

The hotel was extraordinary! The staff was very accommodating! The food was great! It is a bit of a walk to town, but a short car ride. I would 100% recommend this hotel! I left my backpack at the hotel and they were very responsive in trying to get my belongings back to me in the USA.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel just outside of town. Watson was a terrific host at reception and they all worked hard to book our trips and make sure we enjoyed our stay. They even managed to get a birthday cake for the special day. The hot tub was a bonus and the food was great. It is only a short taxi to the town and after looking around we’re glad we stayed here. Architectural masterpiece interiors.

A really nice experience at this hotel close to Puerto Natales and well positioned for Torres del Paine. Great staff and a good breakfast. We enjoyed one dinner as well which was very good. The hotel is designed to blend into the environment and has some interesting design elements eg you can stroll around on the grassed roof!
