My husband and I limped into the Indigo in desperate need of luxury and a long shower after 8 days in Torres del Paine. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed: clean, minimal Scandinavian design with tasteful details in a mind-blowing setting. The highlights: -the SPA. The views from this place are absolutely magical. We spent two solid afternoons up... More

Noi has a central location in Puerto Natales, we stayed for 2 nights in late Dec on our way to Torres del Paine. The rooms are on the small side, though if you are out trekking all day it hardly matters. Service was fine for the most part, what we were miffed about was that we booked the Jr. Suite... More

Dear traveller, thank you very much for your comments. We do count with 4 Junior Suites and 1 Suite in our Hotel, available on our website. In relation to the Excursiones, we offer the Excursiones directly operated by our own drivers and guides and it is always perceived as a very high class service. Unfortunately, if you have booked Excursiones... More

We stopped here for lunch and found the food and service to be very good. The view while dining is excellent with large windows surrounding the dining area. The interior is done in wooden floors, tables and beams and provides a local Patagonian atmosphere.

This hotel stands out for so many reasons. 1) The design is unique and very cool - industrial, true to the environment, amazing views of the mountains. 2) The feel. They've managed to create a casual but polished vibe with a welcoming lobby, great art and the smaller details. It feels like you're in the living room 3) The customer... More

We have spent 3 nights at the Hotel Indigo. It's a real mixture of pluses and minuses. Firstly the building itself on approach looks like a warehouse and It thought we had arrived at the wrong spot. But a small door opens in the wall to provide access to what is a concrete shell with a portal steel stair structucture... More

Stayed for 1 night on the way back from Torres del Paine. Very interesting architecturally and well designed. Very pleasant hotel, the room was good. Beds not as comfortable as I had hoped (twin beds pushed together for a couple). Great location in Puerto Natales, but maybe too far from all the great sites as a base for excursions. Puerto... Incredibly rude man at check-in. I speak decent spanish but this man refused to try to help me or answer any of my b&b. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and like I was inconvenience to him. Stay elsewhere, lots of other hotels with much better service. The rooms were nice but no top sheet on the bed, the jacuzzi must have... More

We had 2 nights at this quirky and funky hotel. We were warmly greated on arrival, with the apology for the unseasonably warm weather and the lack of airconditioning (there is central heating for when it is cold). We had a corner room with great views from the large floor to ceiling window across the Ultima Esperanza Sound to the... More

If I had to choose hotel for exhibition this would be my choice. If I had to choose where to spend a night I would never stay in such uncomfortable place.
