Great location as a gateway to Torre del Paine. It was part of a package provided by out travel agent including meals, drinks and tours. The view from both the main dining area and the rooms is stunning. It was a quiet restful place. The limited choices on the menu were very

Stayed here in November last year during my Tour of Patagonia. I will say that at the time I didn't know how much it cost to stay at the Remota so keep that in mind. After departing Santiago and flying to Punta Arenas (Can I just say whatever Micky Mouse Airline has the Monopoly

This hotel is a great place to stay as a gateway to the Torres Del Paine park or as a reward after hiking there. It’s got cool decor and a nice spa. Rooms are cute but the bathrooms are a bit cramped. The restaurant is great and the included breakfast is generous. Service there

We stayed here for three nights as part of a package tour booked through Patagonia Planet. The hotel is just out of Puerto Natales, but an easy 20-25 minute walk into town. The rooms are in two buildings, both looking outwards from the building. The reception and restaurant

The hotel design and location is great, from another hand, privacy in the rooms is limited and there is no blackouts, meaning to have light in the room since 5am. Food is very good, but service is limited and can take long. Now a warning - almost no internet in the rooms, that

We had pre booked our flights and transfers for Patagonia via Llama Travel as we were doing a bit of weaving about between Argentina and Chile and it seemed good value. Yes its around 2 - 3 hrs. There is an airport in Puerto Natales but it is open only during the summer months. We didn't book any excursions before we left and did it on the ground as it was definitely cheaper to do it when there. Prices varied depending on what you are doing but averaged out about €80 - € 100 per trip.

It was cold and windy when we were there so we were inside. The lounge is beautiful with sofas and chairs looking out through their huge windows. I think the wind is the big problem in staying outside. But with the beautiful indoor pool and spa u get the best of the big outdoors
