This property is clean and well maintained. Our host was warm and gracious. The room we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated, and provided a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi service. Some rooms have private bath. We highly recommend this location while visiting Puerto Notales.
Location was perfect and allowed access to the waterfront walk. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Good WIFI. Werner was an excellent host and helpful with Torres DEL Paine information. Nice breakfast with fried eggs in the morning. We would definitely come back again!
We stayed here one night. Werner the owner was very welcoming and provided information about the town and has lots of park information and maps. The room was small ( 4 stars for those who want space) but bed was very comfortable and nice shower. The breakfast was ample including eggs and fruit. We stayed another place later in the trip (Swiss house was full) at 50% higher rate that was not nearly as nice. This is an exceptional value which means book well in advance.
I really liked this place. It was so warm, I hadn't appreciated how cold Puerto Natales would be and to arrive in this lovely warm hotel was so nice. I had the use of the kitchen facilities and so could make tea. I had a shared bathroom the first night, and then after returning from the W trek, I had my own bathroom. Both times the bathrooms were clean and the facilities were perfect. The rooms on both occasions were clean, cosy and comfortable. The owner was really nice, who was Swiss, hence the name, was very helpful and booked my taxis for me and gave me advice. I was able to leave my bags there while I trekked the W. Breakfast was fine, it was what you expected. I was able to take some fruit and fill up my hot water. The hotel was well located, everything was walkable from there. All in all, a really good stay and I'd recommend this place.…
We arrived as two couples on the 20th of February 2019 and stayed one night at the Patagonia Swiss House. We had two sepperate rooms, one with private bathroom and the other with shared bathroom. At arrival we were staggered by how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. This is not normal for Chile! Great work at this point from the owner! Also the rooms itself were great and relatively spacious. In the morning breakfast was ready for us. It was great and Werner offers you a variety of different options to choose from. Overall a great stay in Puerto Natales and by far the best value for money accomodation we experienced during our three weeks in Chile!
I stayed here recently for 2-3 nights when visiting the Torres del Paine park, and it was warm, comfortable and clean. The location is super, with an inlet of the Pacific visible about 200m away at the bottom of the road, and a 2 minute walk to the main square and all the shops selling stuff you might need for a visit to the park. The bonus was the owner, who knows the park like the back of his hand and who was very helpful with arranging places on tours to the park and with useful tips about the park itself and the town. I unfortunately had to move to a place around the corner after my time in this place, because there was a big group arriving, but I would happily have stayed.
The hotel is fine - our room was very basic and small, but clean. Breakfast okay. We did not find the owner to be helpfu, in fact, he was quite aloof and unapproachable during our stay. And that, sorry to report, was our experience. We did get some helpful information from another staff member and breakfast providers were friendly.
Wow, the casa Cecilia offeres fancy rooms. With lots of linen and cushions upon the bed. The room was really nice. They offer a kitchen and in the guest area you will also find some games. We loved it there and made 2 daytreks (exhausting ones including a long bus trip) into the Torres del Paine National Park.
I loved this place! I stayed here before my Torres del Paine trek and made sure to book for the night I got back. Werner is an amazing host. They helped me plan my trek, they recommended lavanderias, they had a good breakfast and I got the best sleep I’ve had in Chile here. Next time I’m in Puerto Natales I will stay here again. Look no further! Stay here!
Casa Cecilia is a centrally located and very comfortable place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and really great beds to sleep in after a 5 day hike in Torres del Paine. Clean and new bathrooms. Would recommend it to everyone.
