This is a very pretty hotel right on the water. We upgraded our rooms for a water view and it was stunning. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The lobby is very welcoming and a great place to relax. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. Hotel staff was hit or miss in the friendliness department. Good location to walk into the center of town for restaurants and errands before heading to Torres del Paine.

Nice hotel and a great location. Great service from the staff. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, The hotel lobby and comfort areas were very well-kept and comfortable. The dining room is acceptable with all of the amenities, but it still felt like hotel fare. The WiFi in our room was poor. It may have needed a small fridge to complete the full offering.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The rooms are spacious with great views of the water and waterfront boardwalk. There is no air conditioning, so ceiling fans would be nice; the open windows don't always provide at-times-needed ventilation. And the street on which the hotel is located can be pretty 'active' at times so the open-window need might also contribute to a little less sleep. Traveler tip: pack ear plugs and you'll probably be fine. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection although on both mornings the scrambled eggs were cold.

Stayed for 4 nights, travelling with my teenage son. I had a couple of request and they were so quick to respond. Issue with the shower head - it was fixed immediately. All around excellent service. The standard rooms while small were comfortable and very clean. I was glad I had the option to open the window. I had city view - I would change that to ocean view to avoid a small traffic noise. Great buffet breakfast, included in the price and the hours were 6-10 really inclusive of teenagers. Beautiful large area to relax and enjoy the view on the first floor. I would highly recommend this place. I would definately book it again

A great hotel in a lovely location, just a short walk to the square, restaurants etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, including a great view. Water is available to refill which was really useful. I would stay again.

This is a unique review because I had to spend almost a week here because I contracted Covid while I was on a tour. They were wonderful taking care of me, taking my food service order, delivering food to my room and actually asking how I was doing when I called the front desk. I can't attest to the quality of the offerings because I had no taste or smell.......but it looked good and the staff was wonderful. Oh yes, the room was big, quiet, and had a wonderful bed and a good sized bathroom.

Stayed here for four nights. The room was small and stuffy with only a small window to open for fresh air. The bathroom was very small! You could double its size and it would still be small. The staff were excellent! The breakfast was decent, as was the bar and bar appetizers.

The room was large and clean, but because the WiFi wasn't very strong there, we went down to the common area, and there are tons of chair groupings, and even maps of Torres Del Paine to peruse. We didn't avail ourselves of the bar, but there were several groups around us who seemed very happy with the offerings. The bathroom is fairly small, but the shower is roomy. Major downside is how loud the doors are when shutting, in the long, echoing hallway (even when you try to do it quietly). Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were friendly and spoke fairly good English. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel.

Everything was fine, except two: one is there was no face tissue paper in the room and the other is that breakfast was below standard, for instance there was no vegetable at all during the whole stay.
