Detailed Reviews
Stayed at this hotel recently as a result of last minute issues with Europcar car rental (separate warning - if going to Argentina Europcar needs 48 hours to get the permit. Not sure why as other local companies do not but they seem to stick to this policy quite strongly and can negatively impact travel plans. As a result had to book this hotel last minute. Good walkable location to center of town (10 min), all rooms have a nice harbor view and are light colored decor and clean. Staff is friendly. Overall good stay and definitely worth the additional $20 usd a night over Weskar Lodge that we stayed at later on in our trip that was a 20 min walk from town, has a huge ramp to the entrance for luggage vs where you park your car, no elevator, have to walk outdoors to get to your room from main building - albeit a short walk and WiFi was very spotty in our room. Will post separate review. In comparison made this hotel seem even better (especially WiFi and elevator when you have luggage). They also have bellmen and the other one doesn’t so huge delta for small price difference. Also would say decor at this hotel is nicer, feels newer and cleaner. Bathroom layout at Weskar was small and awkward in Room 18.

There is no reason for a hotel in Southern Patagonia to have air conditioning almost all year -- but we were here during a relative heat wave (mid 20's Celsius). This made sightseeing great (beautiful views out the water-facing windows), but the rooms got beastly hot at night. Leave the windows and the bugs fly in, close the windows and it was too hot to sleep.
Air conditioning aside, the hotel is probably one of the nicer ones in Puerto Natales. The beds are comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Bathrooms had a large shower stall, although the towels were a bit scratchy. Breakfast buffet is OK, no hot meats but they cook eggs to order. Good WiFi.

I visited this hotel as a tour leader with 13 other guests, early February 2020 for 2 nights.
The location of the Hotel is very good overlooking the Fjords and just in front of the corniche where you can have a nice walk discovering artwork all along.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is beautifully decorated especially the lobby
The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast is very good.
Wifi is good.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, we found a lovely corner room downstairs which had views onto the fjord and it was really pleasant. We also ate here, ordering food from the bar (club sandwich and burger) but both were very, very salty so in the end we gave up eating it. The complimentary drink on arrival was very nice. Staff behind the bar were very pleasant.
We had a lovely room, looking onto the fjord, but found that we were woken very early on by lots of other guests on our floor and the floor above - there seems to be very poor soundproofing and you can hear all doors opening (which sounded like slamming) and people talking in the corridors. We were very tired and eventually got up as it was impossible to sleep (i am a heavy sleeper).
We then went to breakfast, which was the worst breakfast out of our entire south america trip - it was just a tiny selection of fresh fruit, cold meat, cheese and hot food. We were travelling as part of a group of 18 and everyone commented how poor the breakfast was so we were not alone in our thoughts.
I wouldn't stay here again, even though the hotel does occupy a beautiful place overlooking the fjords.

Hair all over the place. Phone with no cables. Later, phone with cables does not work. Remote with no batteries. Restaurant cannot cook burgers, they were mooing and beyond raw (also over priced). Cleaning services enter the rooms when directly told to NOT enter, with door sign hanging. They apparently do not care... After communicating this to the boss, they did the right thing and gave us one night stay on the house. Does it make up for all of stated? Hard to say... Good location though, and excellent views of the water and mountains.

Stayed for 4 nights, travelling with my teenage son. I had a couple of request and they were so quick to respond. Issue with the shower head - it was fixed immediately.
All around excellent service.
The standard rooms while small were comfortable and very clean. I was glad I had the option to open the window.
I had city view - I would change that to ocean view to avoid a small traffic noise.
Great buffet breakfast, included in the price and the hours were 6-10 really inclusive of teenagers.
Beautiful large area to relax and enjoy the view on the first floor.
I would highly recommend this place. I would definately book it again

Stayed here for3 nights, the room was spacious although it was at the back with a view of a JCB rather than the rooms at the front with a view of the fjord Ultimo Esperanza. But from the dining room and bar the views were lovely and we mostly had clear weather.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is average but all the restaurants in Puerto Natales are within easy walking distance.

Pro:
If within budget then opt for sea view. Best scenic view of the mountains. We were on 1st floor but it didn't matter since there was no obstruction.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms good too. Unlimited filter water machine on each floor (however it was slow at times).
The decor of the ground floor reading and seating area is excellent. I cozied up with a book from the small library. Good for large groups though we came in the off season.
The front desk person who checked us in was very helpful whenever he was around and quite professional. Unfortunately, can't recollect his name. Others personnel were ok.
Breakfast was a decent spread. Nothing exceptional though.
Cons (minor ones)
Kitchen was closed since off season which is fine. But we were told things like microwave were off limits for use for us.
Toaster at breakfast didn't seem to heat bread very well even after 2 rounds.
The water filter was very slow.
The main front door of the hotel was always jammed. Took lot of effort to open.

Our room overlooked the water which was a nice feature. The room was small but well equipped. The glass bathroom door required muscle to open. The bathroom stayed too warm during our whole stay. It was like a sauna. The room was warm. We fiddled with the radiator thermostat several times but we could not lower the temperature in the main part of the room. We had to open the window to lower the temperature.
The hotel staff were very helpful and responded to all our needs. The dining room is located on the first floor. I would have liked more variety for breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately for us the heat was on and hotel staff had hard time getting radiator to close. We were hot!! Our room had no view which sucked, since over side of hotel looked at water. The best thing in our room was the modern bathroom. The bar area was fabulous with water view, we enjoyed the drinks here, The food was pretty good especially considering we were with a tour group of 23 total people all receiving food together.

Unfortunately no tea making facilities in the rooms but I am sure that the hotel would provide a kettle or Thermos flask if asked. They are very helpful and responsive to guest's requests.
Dear Guest:
We are in Puerto Natales city, not in National Park sector.
We have facilitiy with laundry.
