Imagine two travellers entering the house after one month of sleeping in the tent - the warmth of the living room was all we needed! Really nice and friendly owner, always ready to help and share useful info. Happy that we stayed!!

This hostel is really a live in with a family there who rents the rooms and equipment. We only rented a room for one night. The room was ok, warm but quite small. The staff was ok. We even had an option of leaving our backpacks there during our trip to national park torre del paine. There were no surpluses,...

Not sure where to start... Walked in without a booking (as I always do in every city and every country I visit) and asked if they had a bed available. The owner said there is one, but a moment later he said we'll have to wait if a person who booked the full room will let me share. I wanted...

I believe that Miss Inna is a bit mistaken in her appraisal and evaluation of the situation lived in our hostel, my assistant does not speak English and she tries to ensure her stay in the hostel occupying a room as a room (r shared room), which We do not offer He was assisted in the trekking information and was...

This place was a nice place to stay while visiting Puerto Natales. The owner was very nice and helpful. Our room was warm and comfortable with a pretty view. It is in a great location. Would definitely stay there again!

The reception lady was very kind, the room ok, but it was very windy at this time (what is normal there), and tro sleep by this window is ok only for sleeping bag. BUT... we asked, if we can leave some luggage there.. to not take everything to Patagonia, and ' sure, no problem', as it was already visible. When...

We booked a room before going to Torres del Paine. This is not a hostel but a homestay. We didn't feel welcome and had no conversation with anyone in the house (although we are social people!). Our room was a home-made room under the stairs, right next to the living room with no windows. There was so much noise all...

Even if the place was a very basic one I was very pleased with it. The niece manages it for her oncle who owns it. She was very friendly, nice and knew a lot of things about the town and the things to do in the area. I helped her with the camera as she had to go on the...

Definitely do not rent equipment here and try not to stay here unless you're completely desperate. I wish we had read the reviews about their crappy equipment before it was too late. I really wanted to like this place but almost everything was bad. The only exception was Edmundo, who gave us some good trekking advice and was super nice....

An old but very nice house where you feel very familiar right from the beginning. Kitchen is for free use and they offer a cheap laundry service. Location is inbetween bus terminal and center, so very good. Tiny bathrooms but clean. Stuff is very helpful like with booking buses or accomodation at other places around in Patagonia (Chile and Argentina)....

We had a phantastic time there Christmas and celebrate together with all guests and the owner. The owner and the rest of the stuff are really helpful and friendly. You can rent your equipment for a trek to the Torres del Paine if you need and the owner can give some of the best tip, because he is as well...
