The owner is super friendly and helpful when it comes to explaining things about Torres del Paine. The rooms are small but ok, one big minus: The floors have carpets which is super unhygienic and they surely haven't been cleaned in ages, especially in a hotel that attracts mainly hikers. Kitchen is ok but super stuffed with all kinds of...

The hostel is homey and there is free coffee 24/7, but the staff doesn't speak English very well. The beds were comfy and clean. We also rented a mat from them and the whole process was quick and easy.

Just a good hostel with everything you expect. Friendly staff, a nice sitting area, a great kitchen (love the stove), free coffee (the real stuff, not instant!) and okay beds. After a 5day hike, it feels like such a luxury to just chill here. It does feel a little more expensive than other places we visited in Chile, but it...

Super cute, lovely little family run hostel. We stayed here for two nights before our W trek and once again on return. The family are really helpful and will hire you trekking equipment at a cheaper price than many of the other places around town. They have everything you will need for the trek and will even lend you kitchen...

The only downside was that there where no lockers to use and only 1 plug socket in the room. Otherwise, they had equipment to hire, good size kitchen, friendly staff and decent beds. They where flexible and understanding of people. I was able to leave my stuff whilst on the W trek and pick it up when we finished. Location...

I stayed here before and after my W Trek in Torres del Paine. It's close to everything - across the street from the bank, next to cafes/restaurants, & 2 blocks from the market. I was in a single, private bedroom, with a comfy bed with lots of blankets to keep warm during cold days in Puerto Natales. All rooms on...

Rooms very clean. The staff were very helpful and went far beyond expectations when helping with restaurants, figuring out bus schedules, taxis, etc. It was New Year's Eve and they took time out of their celebrations to make sure we were taken care of.

We didn't choose to stay here but the other hostel we booked no longer existed so they booked us in here. They are definitely on the cheaper side which is great for Puerto Natales. The beds were VERY comfy and warm. There are only three private bathrooms unless you stay in the ensuite matrimonial. The showers were amazing. Not the...

Our stay in this hostel was good, but with small problems. The room was good and the beds really confortable (which is great after doing the W-circuit) and the hostel offers camping gear and information about Torres del Paine. However, we found a little annoying that from time to time there was no one in the reception and we also...

I stayed here a night after completing the W trek at Torres del Paine National Park. The bed was decent and it had a lot of blankets which I liked. The hostel is 3 floors and probably has about 18-20 beds total in different rooms (I was is a 4 bed room). My room was pretty small and basically fit...
