We stayed here before trekking the W. We had a private room with our own bedroom. The place was comfortable and clean, and had a very European vibe to it. Juan let us check in early on little to no notice when we flew into Puerto Natales directly from Lima (this is a new thing apparently). The location is good...

We ended up here by accident, the place we had booked and stayed in before we went to the NP had a problem, so they organised a room for us here, and it was so much better than the place we had booked originally! Friendly hosts, a beautiful home, great knowledge of the town and area, and delicious breakfast with...

I wouldn't call this place a hostel, it felt more like a home. My wife and I stayed here before and after our trekking in Torres del Paine and it was exactly what we needed. Juan and Betsy helped us out with any questions we had and pointed us in all the right directions. Betsy even went the extra step...

Juan and Betsy are running such a great place - it has everything you would need and want in Puerto Natales. We stayed 3 nights before and 1 night after our W trek, once in the double and once in the triple room, and both rooms were cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are immaculate and seem to have endless hot...

Hostal Coloane has cozy little rooms, with perfect bathrooms. Everything you need, they provide. Good breakfast, luggage storage, even the use of their kitchen! Betsy and Juan made us feel at home. A really nice hostal on a great location in town; busstation at 10 minutes walk, shop across the street and the centre of town in two minutes walk.

We were a bit on the fence about this place. First we booked what we thought was a double room and it had two twin beds. Breakfast was not bad but not great either. We found the owner Juan to be standoffish and a bit unfriendly. Other places in Puerto Natales are cheaper and friendlier.

The hostel is very clean and easy to get to from the bus station. Rooms were cozy and bathrooms were nice. Juan was amazing at making sure all our questions were answered and that we had a great stay. The only negative I would say is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything in the next room....

the hostel guy forced us out on the day of the check out because he wanted to go out with friends or something. was behaving really weird. other than that the place is a long walk from the bus station and not so close to the center, not so clean (kitchen for example). breakfast poor.

Just 5 minutes down the road from the main street this is a great place to relax. Juan the owner takes good care, the place is clean & well kept, our room was spacious with a big private bathroom across the hallway. Would highly recommend it to and come back here!

The hostel has a nice athmosphere, and the owner will answer your questions regarding your stay, but the rooms are tiny and the price is way too high compared to other hostels we stayed in. You also can hear everything that is happening in the room next to you, since the walls are pretty thin.
