Detailed Reviews
The pool area is fantastic— you feel like you are miles away from the hustle/bustle of the city. The staff are wonderful, always with a smile going over and above to be helpful (Kue, T, Chheng, Trea, Muey). The buffet breakfast is great— lots of choice (even for picky children aged 7 and 10). The family room was perfect— 3 beds and lots of room to have ‘zones’ for each persons’ clothes/bags. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Short tuk-tuck ride ($5 US round trip) to ‘Pub Street’ for meals. Ate at the hotel restaurant a few dinners as well. Close to the Phare Circus— a must see!— and the Happy Horse Farm (our kids loved the rides and we did a horse and carriage 2 hour tour). Nice location, fabulous staff and a quiet vibe by the pool! The resort can book tours/rides for you to explore— we did the floating village and Angkor Wat— their driver Julian is our favourite! We will recommend this resort to friends for sure!

Dont pass this hotel by the setting is beautiful the rooms lovely and clean. The hotel car picked us up free of charge and took us back .The manager even treated us to a special meal free of charge .The staff are wonderful and so polite and friendly. The setting by the pool is amazing the rooms are huge and loads of films on the tele if you need them .Pub street is a short tuk tuk away they are always available it's very busy we chose to get out just before pub street a couple of times to eat it's much cheaper .The manager is such a lovely guy I would come back in a heart beat .Just one more thing keep the pump plugged in in the dining room for the fish that's why they are losing their colour ,hope to come again thanks for everything. Forgot to say breakfast and evening meals are lovely too.

A friend and I spent 3 nights here in Feb, 2020. It is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of town but an easy ride by tuk-tuk. Large, spotless rooms and a lovely pool, but what really stood out was the customer service. Assistant manager Rithy made us feel welcome every time he saw us and general manager Sarandin Ly went the extra mile to make us happy, even tracking down a handicraft item I wanted to buy but was unable to find in the local shops. Also loved the free transport to and from the airport- it made everything so easy! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 fantastic days and visited Angkor Wat Temple wich was like 30-40 min Away with Tuktuk. City center like 10 min Away with tuktuk so perfekt if you want a more relaxed place to stay without the noisy Streets of the city center. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good. Pool was nice and the room clean.
All in all a Great place. Would recommend, would stay again.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The center piece was the pool. Not sure why it is called a Spa, we didn't see one. The location was on a busy road with no sidewalks, you need transportation service to go anywhere. Do NOT order breakfast! Coffee is awful and we did not get what we ordered. Staff at breakfast did not speak English and was not able accommodate us.

Upon arriving you are greeted with a cold cloth and a refreshing drink. When I opened the door to my room it was HUGE, as was the bathroom. Everything in the room worked. Lots of TV channels. One of the most comfortable rooms I had in Asia. Beds are very comfortable. Balcony is nice, enjoy your morning coffee, or as we do, have Happy Hour. Room has an electric kettle and fridge. Pool is a great place to cool off after sightseeing.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. They got us an air conditioned mini van for sightseeing to the Temples. Tuk Tuk drivers are readily available. Stay here for a great experience.

An amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms with lovely balconies/ terraces. We had a balcony facing he pool and it was so lovely. An incredible pool to swim in and a nice wee gym and a place for massage if you like. Very friendly staff and easily walkable (about 15/20 mins) to the centre if you are a person that like to walk and explore the local area as we are. Amazing Cambodian hospitality, ten ten would stay again!
P.s please ignore reviews of ignorance regarding English speaking and bad breakfast, you’re in Cambodia not Blackpool, please enjoy!

I stayed 2 nights in June during my holiday in Siem Reap. The experience was good. I loved the hotel ambiance, large room, convenient bed and friendly staff. I was offered one hour early check in as I arrived early. This hotel has best location easily gaining access to downtown within 5mn. I would love to come back again next holiday.

Very very nice hotel. There are a few small imperfections (dead leaves around the pool, or small details in the room) but otherwise everything is perfect. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The staff is super nice and welcoming. the value for money is unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for exploring the region.

I'd say a quick 10min tuktuk ride. about $2-3 each way.
Dear Ms. Felecian
Warm greeting from Tanei Resort & Spa!
Thank you very for interesting Tanei Resort & Spa!
Deluxe Double or twin with Breakfast is 32.00USD/night including daily breakfast and taxes and 2 way airport transfer.
Best regards,
Channa
As Neil says there is a little shop within walking distance, but you'll need a tuk-tuk to go to restaurants. But there's free shuttle to the town from the hotel, so you will only need to pay for the return.
Dear Brebelin
Greeting from Tanei Resort & Spa!
Sorry I am late reply. Could you please let me know may can i help you?
Best regards,
