Stayed here a Night and happy with the stay The rooms was spacious and clean and the staff, esp the front office was very kind and helpful explaining in details all amenities available at the property. The hotel is at a distance from Pub Street but has its own resto-bar/outdoor drinking area I met the owner and his lovely wife...

Incompetent reception. They did not find our booking through Agoda and did not accept credit cards. The rooms are very modern and spacious. No running Water. Very poor breakfast. Unfortunately the Hotel is build close to a construction site.

We booked this stay through Agoda and we're happy about the stay. We had booked a room with balcony but they just have 2 so we ended up in the room with garden. They told us they would have changed the next day due to an issue of the room itself, but we decided to not change to avoid packing...

Totally recommended, very good value for money. Room and bathroom very large and clean, comfy bed and all very new. The service very attentive and eager to help make you feel at home. Very good location to visit the temples and the center is also reached right away. We were looking forward to trying the restaurant that are about to...

The room is clean. The tv is not working even after changing the batteries on the remote control. The aircon remote also doesn't work, the air con seems to be set to turn off after the room is cool. There is no door to the bathroom so its more suitable for married couple. Shower water is strong. Breakfast is very...

Good check-in with friendly staff. Room was terrible (room one). Air conditioner worked but leaked water. The staff place two drinking glasses beneath the unit to catch the water but we could hear the dripping. A staff member brought a towel in and the same problem occurred. TV was broken. There is a whole menu for the mini bar but...

The staff are nice and respectful, but the place needs a lot of taking care of and love from the owners. Some of the light bulbs are not working, there is a space in the door openings, hence, mosquitoes are having an easy pathway.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. It is true that there may be more luxury hotels in siem reap, but of course much more expensive. I think this one is good for the price. Big room and bathroom, clean, aircon and modern. A bit damp, but I think it is the same in the hole city. Massages very fine as...

Ashia Hotel & Lounge is very hidden in Seam Reap, just beside/behind Mie Cafe. One great combination of excellent accommodation and fantastic food by Chef Pola. The rooms are big and modern in design. There is a pool plans for end of this rear what make the secret experiences more complete. Breakfast is not included but can be added for...

Helpful, polite, and attentive staff. Everything was done well. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed and serviced properly every day. The bed was large and comfortable. In general very good quality service, we enjoyed our stay there.
