We stayed for three nights following reading the excellent reviews and Villa Nanda exceeded our expectations. We had a room that opened onto the pool and it was divine. Spotlessly clean, comfy large bed , good wifi ..what more can I say. We loathe corporate hotels but do like comfort and here we got everything. The family run ambience was a delight nd one night the owner cooked us a delicious Kymer meal for 6$ each as we were tired from the temples. We had booked our own driver in advance but the villa has its own tuk tuk so book this if necessary. We used it to go into the town and it was so reliable and cheap. VIlla Nanda is in a non touristy area which to us was just fabulous. We did venture Into Pub Street one night ( never again, not our thing ) and hired a tuk tuk to get us back so the driver got lost so make sure you take card with you with the full address ! What else can I say except I would have loved to stay longer and the family are just lovely. You feel safe and nothing is too much trouble from restaurant recommendations to even driving us to the airport ! I'd love to return .

We stayed at Villa Nanda for 5 nights, the room was large and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and air con. The place was clean and the family very welcoming. The owners live there with their children and parents. The breakfast was good with a choice of different eggs or a Cambodian breakfast, fruit , juice, coffee, bread and pastry. We ate there for 2 nights and the meal was very tasty and we got huge potions for a very reasonable cost. The owners were very friendly and chatty and organised a great driver for us for a couple of days. The location is out of the town centre but it is a 10 minute tuk tuk into the centre, so not a problem . We really loved our time at Villa Nanda and would stay again when we come back to Siem Reap.

This family run guest house felt like a calm oasis amidst of the busy and somewhat chaotic city of Siem Reap. We received a very warm welcome from family members who provided everything we needed during our stay. The grounds are lush and beautiful, the room large, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the breakfast wonderful. The hotel is a short ride from the down town area and tuk tuk service is available whenever needed. Although we did not have the opportunity, the family will prepare a traditional Cambodian dinner for guests if requested. The cost of the hotel is extremely reasonable and a great value. A great place to stay!

I work for hotelier industry and I am happy to verify this place is absolutely valued for money. With nearly 23$ you have your own spacious room; beautiful boutique decor with a touch of ancient Angkor feeling, very clean room; comfortable bed; good air con and fan; hot water and good pressure; your room is clean up twice a day, a turn down service you only find in 5 star hotels; breakfast is rather limited choices but delicious; a clean pool and only 6 rooms so you always feel you have the pool for yourselves; the Villa is family run and they are extremely friendly, helpful giving you warm welcome as you are honor guest; we rent a bike for 1 day but end up using 3 hours and they give it complimentary; free 1 way airport pick or drop off; we rent their tuk tuk for a full day - big circuit for only 20$- lowset prices you find any where; only small note that Villa is 10’ drive to central market and no restaurant nearby - meaning you have to call for a tuktuk or ride to central for more restaurants options. But ut is quited area so it is worthy. I am so sorry that i dont remember family name but we would like to thank you very much for such a pleasant stay.

A family run guesthouse. The whole family is very friendly, very welcoming and attentive. This is the best welcome we have received while traveling in Southeast Asia. Special mention to the always smiling grandmother, who speaks French very well. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities (wardrobe, air conditioning, night table ...) the bathroom is spacious as well. We had view of the swimming pool from our balcony, the setting is green, everything is done to feel good and relax. A Tuk tuk service is provided with drivers understanding English. The prices are almost the same than in the city. You can organize with them the visits of angkor etc. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Siem Reap at about 10 mins ride of pub street. They also provide bicycle for free. The breakfast is good and generous (European or Khmer breakfast to order the day before), they even offer “pain au chocolat” for those who are missing France ;-) A laundry service is offered at a very descent price. We will come again with great pleasure, thank you again for those 6 days! Nicolas and Emilie from France.
