Stayed at Mane for 5 days as the grand finale of a round trip in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. We got exatly what we wanted; calm, a tasteful and luxurious room, beautiful hotel environment with a great pool-side, excellent food and fantastic service with a personal touch. Their cooking class was also great fun!
My Wife and I visited Siem Reap for 5 days in November 2019 and we are happy we found this fantastic place to stay that helped make our brief time in Cambodia so memorable. The hotel is located just a short walk from town. For starters the staff here is top notch; very polite, helpful, and also very organized, so you can rely on them to arrange transportation, tours or likely anything else. In particular, the main host “Noon” (sp?) was exceptional and very personable. She made all our arrangements for tours and tuk-tuk/taxi, gave great advice, and always greeted us at the beginning or end of our day touring with a warm welcome. She was also very accommodating as and moved us to a different room without issue or complaint when the first one did not meet our expectations. The room we had was located above the lobby and large and well decorated with interesting art and textiles from the area. It was always nice to come back to after a long day of touring around Siem Reap. The hotel grounds were lush with plants and the lobby was decorated with so many art pieces it felt like a mini museum! The pool and patio area was fantastic and I wish I had enjoyed it more, especially in the evening with the well-designed lighting. The on-site restaurant was excellent and we didn’t feel the need to go out and eat elsewhere every night because the staff and food were so exceptional. It was actually surprising that we didn’t encounter more people in the restaurant, but there does seem to be a lot of food options in Siem Reap as well. As far as services, we did indulge on the free 30 minute couple massage which was quite excellent. They also offer free pickup and drop-off to the airport in a nice, cool air-conditioned car. Other than that Mane has this amazing Tuk-Tuk driver Mr. Vuthy they work with and he was exceptional taking us around town and Ankor Wat. Finally, after checking out on our last day of touring before flying out that evening, Noon offered us a free room for a couple of hours to rest and shower before departing, which really impressed us. Exceptional service! The only small quibble we had was the tile floors in our first room seemed to be quite dirty. It didn’t end up being an issue as Noon moved us to another room with wood floors, but it made us wonder why they would overlook that when everything else is done seemingly so well. Other than I can say this place is definitely an excellent choice for accommodation while in Siem Reap and I highly recommend staying here.…
Stayed for two nights with my husband, dad and brother. Two of our rooms were kindly upgraded. We had a beautiful honeymoon suite. The staff were tremendous and arranged the Angkor Wat tuk tuk ride for us - we had the BEST tuk tuk driver ever, Mr. Pieren. We still talk about how awesome he was! Also appreciated the daily free tuk tuk to downtown. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. Also had the best massage of our whole trip onsite. Loved the complimentary 30 min foot rub. Down a quiet street and made for a peaceful experience. Absolutely would recommend this boutique hotel - always support small business. Siem Reap has a very special place in our hearts!
Everyone we met, from the pick-up driver at the airport all the way through our stay were so nice, friendly and incredibly helpful. Some parts of the hotel were a bit tired, but you can't expect everything to be brand new for the price, it was great value for money and our stay couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would suggest investing in a tour guide to see the temples, which the hotel provided. It wasn't cheap but Seyha was great fun, spoke excellent English and was worth every dollar.
We stayed three nights at the Mane Boutique Hotel while visiting Angkor Wat. We would love to have stayed longer. It’s so tranquil and peaceful. If you don’t like large, impersonal hotels, this is perfect. A real boutique hotel but with all the charm and character of Cambodia. Breakfasts are wonderful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. But best of all is the care and consideration of everyone who works there. The girls on the front desk are delightful. You really do get a personal service - with a warm, friendly smile. If only all hotels were like this!
