Sokha Roth is not a place to stay It is worse than a 1 star hotel. Rude and very inefficient and untrained staff. Water bottles and coffee/sugar sachets have to be repeatedly requested every day. Breakfast is awful with stale left over dishes being served....More
If you visit Siem Reap this is for sure a good hotel.
The room was clean, spacious and beautiful (2 bottles of water, tea and coffee for free every day), air conditioning is in it.
