Firstly the staff here have been amazing, if we needed something, they were super accomodating and it made our stay in Siem Reap that much better. Good WiFi, amazing stone bath that I actually fit in (6 foot 2 big fella) with great pressure and hot water. Bathrooms and bedrooms good. Pool was great, clean and in good repair. Beds are very firm, maybe too much so for some, and food is not prepared on site. Breakfast is available from after 7am even though website says from 6.30am. Overall happy with our stay.

Arrived on the 18 February having booked for five days. The staff were excellent. There is nothing else good about this Hotel. The bath was cracked and covered in plastic. The toilet was stained in a dark oily residue. The bedding appeared dirty. Construction work was in full flow right outside the window. I asked for another room which was just as bad. The next building was within feet of the window. No lift . By the foyer was an area full of old mattresses. We left and found a beautiful Hotel not far away. This was not three star. Just a hovel. Don’t even think about staying at this Hotel.

The staff here are among the most welcoming and friendly I have met in Cambodia, everyone was lovely. However I can not recommend anyone stay here, the rooms are awful and photos utterly deceptive. I had two rooms on the ground floor (changed after one night because the hotel had overbooked and put me in a twin instead of a double). Shower tiles were moldy, one of the showers was only partially tiled and the rest bare concrete. Water in both rooms was brown, oily and stank of rust. The toilet bowl and shower curtain were stained from it. The scent lingered on my skin after a shower or washing hands. Sheets and towels felt clean but were stained all over. Furnishings and walls were old and tatty. Constant noise from outside and within the building. Both ground floor rooms had a window that looked onto a brick wall inches from the glass, very dark as a result. Air con in both rooms was very noisy, in one room it leaked a constant stream of water down the wall. Pool was closed two of the three days I was there. This is not a case of ‘get what you pay for’ - I’ve paid less in Cambodia for far better quality. Clean water, albeit not drinkable, should be a given.

no WiFi at ALL anywhere in the hotel. We made a reservation for our 4 days in Siem Riep, and upon arrival and finding no WiFi AT ALL, they said WiFi will be working tomorrow, but if there isn't I will demand a refund and go to a better hotel. Don't make any reservations here until you hear back from me. What kind of hotel has no WiFi?!
