This hotel was okay overall but I definitely feel it is overrated. Firstly both the pool and gym areas were closed due to renovations. I then found the reception staff a little cold, they were not friendly and I felt I was bothering them when I spoke to them. They also did not have a lot of information to provide... More

It's by no means a 'luxury' hotel - if you're after the glitz and glamour then look elsewhere, but we only spent 3 nights here, we needed a bed and air conditioning, and it was fine - the room was large and clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. Upon check in the power went out In the whole hotel which... More

Took 3 attempts to get a half decent room due to defective safe, single beds after booking a double and no balcony after stipulating we wanted one. Rooms themselves were clean and fairly reasonable, although a bit tired. Didn't use the pool but it looked ok. There is a gym but the equipment is old and has seen better days.... More

It is with great disappointment that I write this review as I am aware that this is a very poor country with a need to encourage tourism to prosper. Our initial impression of the hotel was very good. Beautiful entrance, welcoming decor. Our first hiccup was communication as the English was very limited. Our bags were taken to the room via... More

Stayed here for four nights with my wife and two adult sons in adjoining rooms. Not the hotel we were expecting (mistake made by the travel agent). Reasonable location but old, dated and tired rooms. Stained carpet and shower curtains. Beds hard as a rock. Old style tv. Safe deposit boxes not working and not fixed as requested. Terrible buffet... More

We stayed here expecting a certain level of service, presentation and atmosphere. When we went to our rooms, they were dated, and looked dirty, with stains in the carpet and a mouldy shower curtain. It appears that this once glamorous hotel has not been maintained. Also, their WIFI was, to say the least, temperamental, with it crashing every couple of... More
