We spent three fantastic nights at Heritage Suites hotel. The room was big, clean and with a private pool. The restaurant/breakfast room is very nice and stylish.really good breakfast. Perfect position, walking distance to the river and city center. The staff is lovely and always present for helping with any request. We loved all the staff, but in particular the boy in charge of the breakfast, Satia (or Santiago)!
Amazing hospitality with superb quality of rooms . Just perfect. Would love to visit again . The staff was very friendly and ready to help .The veg food was very good . Location is just perfect near to the main area , just a 15 min walk along the river and you reach the centre . Tuk was easily available . The room with the pool was superb .
I was so impressed with this hotel as I was there just after re opening after covid so it was hard for them to manage but yes they did with a shortage of Each staff member from Cleaners to Manager were so friendly and helpful in all what you asked for. The rooms were fabulous the space and style was out of this world, you would go a long way in the world to see such elegance and style such a delight to be staying there ORKUN
This hotel is very convinience for a family or solo holiday with a nice and big room and having a public swimming pool and a private pool sorrunded by trees and garden. It is also close to the down town and shopping centers.
We visited the third week in March and due to the COVID 19 pandemic we probably experienced a different view of the hotel than would be normal. The hotel is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. They were helpful and made loads of effort to ensure we were having a good experience. Location was great and getting to the centre was easy either walking or by Tuk Tuk. Rooms were great, pool was great, food was good. Hope all the staff manage over this traumatic time and hopefully we all get back to normal as soon as possible. Recommend this hotel and enjoy Siem Reap.
This is a lovely hotel at the high end of quality. We were welcomed by Mean who did a great job introducing us to the hotel and keeping in touch with us via WhatsApp during our 3 days here. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a lovely spacious clean suite and a huge bed so felt comfortable and slept well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with items ordered off a menu with the staff very attentive although the language barrier meant we had a couple of misunderstandings and ordered two of some items. There were a couple of things which mean we can't give a 5 star. Our freezer compartment in the fridge was overfrozen and started dripping into the fridge. Reporting it took a few minutes to explain and when we got back we found that they had fixed the freezer compartment and our safe box (which did not have a problem) Anyway the freezer wasn't fixed so we had to leave towels around the base of the fridge on the day we left. We also had a mouse in our room. Probably not uncommon in Cambodia but we reported that too on our 2nd day and they said they would try to catch it. The mouse had been at some biscuits in a an open partly emptied suitcase. The off putting point is that when we arrived at our next destination we found mouse droppings in both cases even though the 2nd case had no food in it and was stored in a different part of the room. Basically more vermin control is needed. It a shame really because apart from those 2 things all else was excellent.…
Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were extremely professional and helpful at all times. Throughout the hotel we found everyone so polite and upbeat and we can recommend this hotel without hesitation.
We had a fabulous time at the Heritage Suites Hotel in Siem Reap. Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. It is close to Angkor Wat and so very convenient for touring. We would recommend it highly and hopefully we be back some day.
I stayed 4 nights at this wonderful property. From the desk staff, to the doormen, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning and maintainence crew, they execute their roles flawlessly. They accomodate every request. I am so thankful to them for giving me a fabulous first impression of Siem Reap and Cambodia. The restaurant chefs produce excellent dishes. Breakfast was made to order, dinner was excellent as well. Conveniently located, just a few min ride to Pubstreet, easy route to the temples.
This hotel has great people working at it, great restaurant, bar, pool and a great room which has a terrible bed. The mattress sits on boards, which make noise anytime some one sleeping on the bed moves. Keeps waking you up. The restaurant is great, for lunch or dinner order the Dover Sole. The hostess in the restaurant Sansang (Spelling?) is excellent, she recommended and got me rice porridge for my wife's diarrhea.
