Have all the facilities but dated . unable to sleep in the 1st night due to 3 air-con compressors making so much noise (room 502) outside the window.
Location , breakfast , bed and service is good .
Opposite hotel , there are restaurants and 1 supermarket that make it very convenient .
1 minutes away there is a laundry service which is cheap at US 1.50 per kilogram

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. It's near the main attractions without being on top of them.
It was a bargain price with breakfast included. It's not far from Siem Reap airport & they can arrange collection from the airport for you.
There are a couple of supermarkets opposite as well as pharmacy in one of them. There are lots of restaurants a short walk away towards the river & Pub Street as well as a market which is open in the evenings.
Ankor Wat temples are also only a short tuk-tuk ride away.
The hotel has 2 x small pools which were great, as well as happy hour in the early evenings to sample their cocktails while you cool off at one of the pools.
The breakfast was impressive with a wide selections / choices to suit all nationalities. Probably the best breakfasts we had on our 3 week trip.
The rooms were large, with the most comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower.
There are tuk-tuks outside the hotel so if you don't feel like walking it's easy to get that lift.
We also used the spa facilities & had massages & treatments which were so cheap compared to other places we visited & were great.
The staff were friendly helpful & courteous.
All in all I could not fault this wonderful hotel.
Would I stay there again? - Absolutely I would!

We stayed only 2 nights there and I felt sorry having to leave. Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the river and restaurants in nearby streets, and to the well known Pub street area. There are 2 pools that I did not have chance to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and nice with comfortable bed and bathroom. This is a perfect place to stay if you are in Siemreap. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Please don't stay here. The beds were small and so hard, the air conditioning hardly works, the breakfast was poor quality and at 830 hardly any food left. The food area was dirty. The only thing good about the hotel is the location. Yes it looks decent from the outside but you can do better after a long journey we got a room where the air con didn't work and the TV was broke . Reluctantly we were moved to a new room. Our stay is non refundable otherwise I would leave.

When my wife and I visited to Siem Reap, we wanted to stay close to Pub Street, but not in the middle of it.. Royal Crown Hotel gave us just the best option. It was a stone's throw from the Pub Street, but located at a quiet street, with Hard Rock Cafe down the lane.. The rooms were impeccably maintained.. pretty big.. the lobby and corridors spotless.. and the staff ever so obliged to help.. they also have a complimentary breakfast spread.. and wow.. what a spread it is.. starting from "make in front of you" options such as omelets and salads.. to the bacons, hams, and breads.. and even cereals and fresh juices..
A big thumbs up!

Stayed 4 nights and had a great stay! Hotel is in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the centre of siem reap, with cafes restaurants and shops.
Room was spacious and comfortable, although a little dark for my liking. The pool was very nice, with a bar. Hotel breakfast was also excellent.

This is an excellent base to explore Siem Riep. We could walk everywhere within town. There is a desk inside the hotel that can arrange visiting Angor Wat. Our room was clean and spacious with A/C. The hotel buffet breakfast was generous and freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and spoke english very well. We wouldn't hesitate returning to this beautiful hotel.

We stayed in 2 Crown Suites on level 4. Rooms were amazing, looked exactly like the photos. 4 poster bed, massive room and very clean.
Staff were super friendly remembered our names everytime we came back into the hotel. Bar service at the pool was wonderful as well. Definitely will go back again.
Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nice staff, good restaurant, rooftop bar for sunset. What a great place!
Also, is near the Pub Street area without being quite in it. Much less touristy atmosphere and more local feeling which I like.
