The hotel is the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. After a day trip to the temples you can relax with the drink at the beautiful pool. The stuff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially Mr. Rama. He is a great person with a high service attitude. He helped us a lot booking tours etc. The Spa and massage is also recommendable in the hotel
À wonderful hotel experience- every detail of the hotel decoration is thought through creating an atmosphere of tranquility peace and beauty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Helping with booking Tuktuk guide and have all kinds of recommendations. Food is excellent and the esthetic beauty is also applied to the food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Sustainability is a red thread through the whole hotel from water use and electricity. Special tribute to the minibar including sanitary napkins for women that is so so thoughtful and should be an inspiration to all hotels 🙏🏼👏✨. Me and my family would come back any time and we recommend this experience to everyone.
We had a very special and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Everything is done with such care and attention to making your stay as good as it possibly can be. The rooms are fantastic, restaurant excellent and pool great. What makes the hotel special though is the level of service from the team, they genuinely do everything to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as it can be.
I love this Hotel. It offers cool, zen, relaxed vibes. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Siem Reap. It is a quiet hotel, has separate seating areas, palm trees, buddha statutes and water features throughout. its fabulous setting. Our check in was smooth. We were offered drinks and cooling towels on arrival. The room we were allocated was very spacious. on the first floor with a small balcony overlooking other balconies. There are no lifts but that's not a problem for us. The king sized bed was very comfortable. there is a keypad at the bedside table which controls the on/off buttons for aircon, lighting and alarm call. The air con whilst a little noisy, was fabulously cooling for us menopausal sisters. I found i could get away with using just the ceiling fan at night (useful for light sleepers). in terms of amenities: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash was provided in refillable bottles. Fluffy white towels and face cloths also provided as are slippers and bathrobes. A shaving kit, toothbrush kit, shower cap and vanity kit are provided. There is also a separate drinking water tap, useful for filling water bottles and brushing teeth. Tea/coffee provided in room consist of kettle with sachets of teabags/coffee /creamer/sugar. There is a fridge in the room with complimentary water. anything else soft drinks, beer, spirits and snacks are chargeable minibar items. Flat screen tv providing BBC news, CNN and a couple of other english speaking channels showing films. There is a safe in the wardrobe, capable of holding a laptop. The wardrobe has a light which can only be turned off if the wardrobe doors are closed. bathroom - bath and shower. Toilet was separate. Tap over washbasin was an elephant head; water came out of the elephant trunk! Hairdryer. Onsite Gift shop was a little pricey. Certain items in the rooms can be purchased such as a water bottle and the rather rustic cup and sauces provided for tea/coffee. There is also an onsite spa. We didn't have the time to visit so cannot offer any further comments. Plenty of sun loungers beside the pool with towels, straw hats and fans provided. breakfast room was self service for fruit, juices, toast, bread, cakes, pastries, vegetables, cheese and cold meats. I ordered an omelette most mornings with bacon and sausage (american breakfast). this was table service. lunch/dinner served in the restaurant next door. We had a few meals here and were not disappointed. I had the pizza one night which was great. $7 comparable to prices in the town. Good to know: Ensure that the waiters understand your request in the restaurant. Hotel is handy for visiting the Angkor temples. We got a tuk-tuk into town at a cost of $2 to sample the lively Pub Street and visit the craft markest. Recommended. Always negotiate the price before getting in! USA Dollars is the currency of choice. Ensure you bring plenty of single bills for tipping and Tuk Tuk. Hotel has green credentials. Offering bamboo toothbrush and option to have bedding changed less frequently.…
A relaxed venue which offered a cool and inviting escape from the busy streets. Room was well appointed. Our room had a lovely view of the lap pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although a small hotel, we received a high level of customer service.
From the second we checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect. Very calm and quiet hotel, a bit away from the busy center (30min walk, 7min ride). Close to the Angkor Park. They will arrange you a guided tour if needed, provide a take-away breakfast, set you up with a Tuk Tuk driver... Our room was very nice, clean, had everything we looked for. Food in the restaurant is good and affordable and staff is very friendly. If in Siem Reap and you need a hotel? Look no further.
Stayed here for 4 nights-a little oasis of calm on the outskirts of Siemens Reap. A lovely hotel in Khmer style about 20 minutes walk from bustling centre of town but well placed for access to Angor Wat.Building itself is lovely. 2 swimming pools and good restaurant which competitively priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked being away from down town but some may not. Plenty of transport down town and couple of good restaurants nearby.. However if you want a comfortable place to relax after temple bashing this is fine choice. Breakfast good-though Khmer choices better than European not surprisingly. Was a noisy rooster next door which would happily have made into coq-au-vin but apart from that very peaceful.
This is easily the best boutique hotel in Siem Reap and one of the best we've stayed in anywhere in the world! The staff were very courteous and very receptive as this is engrained in their culture. There is a unique jewelry gift shop that the owner and her daughter runs and she makes the most beuatiful handmade pieces. The hotel and individual rooms is a work of art and decorated with some of the owners private collection. All the artwork, fixtures, furnitures in the rooms in the hotel is for sale. We bought a large brass elphant water spout used in the bathrooms for $120. We bought handmade jewelry which were reasonably priced for less than a hundred dollars to over a hundred dollars. They can go up to several thousand dollars if you wish to view the separate private collection. The rooms were a bargain for less than a hundred dollars a night complete with luxurious amenities, decor and fantastic views and privacy! The foot, leg, hand and arm massage was very relaxing after a long day of touring the magical ruins. I went back for a 90 minute full body masssage the next night as the prices were very reasonable and the spa was very private and relaxing. Easily one of the best boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. Be sure to ask for the manager/daughter Sotho Vaddana if you are interested in the jewelry and art collection. …
We never experienced such a relaxing and enjoyable stay in any other hotel in our many trips around the world. Professional and kind staff attentive to our needs. Fantastic food prepared with care and first quality ingredients. Spacious, delicate and relaxing rooms adorned of beautiful details. Wonderful garden surrounding the very elegant pools. Perfect location: close to airport, temples site and Siem Reap centre, however very quite. As you come in, it feels like stepping into a small piece of paradise. We definitely recommend it, given the absolute positive balance between money spent and care/service/experience received. Enjoy it!
We stayed as a family of four in July, for 3 nights. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, with beautiful spacious rooms and a relaxing pool, with an exotic collection of plants surrounding it. The restaurant served a delicious mix of Khmer food and other options. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Having stayed in many other hotels around the world, this has been my favourite and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
