I was searching for a normal priced dorm to stay for a few days and here I found what I wanted. A good bed, soft, clean and very nice people around me. I think it's a good place to stay for a longer term also.

One of the things so special about One Hotel is its one-of-a-kind concept. It is a hotel with one room. One room, only. It’s a well-equipped room in the heart of Siem Reap with a rooftop deck to rival all the bigger hotels. One-on-one service with smiles ahoy and a great insight into the world with Cambodian hospitality. Everything is... More

I stayed here a while ago. It's a 1 room hotel, so you get the attentive treatment without being overwhelmed by it. Interior is nicely decorated. Downstairs is a gallery, there's some stairs to the side whereto the room, and then rooftop for a small jacuzzi bath. As there's only 1 room, whoever downstairs is also your receptionist etc. We... Had heard about the place a couple of years ago from friends and when we finalized our trip to Siem Reap, we had to give it a try. Its right in the heart of Siem Reap so you will always find something to do when you head out of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and always happy to... More

This is an alternative to the bigger Hotels in Siem Reap. We had the Terrace Suite which was spacious. Staff friendly and attentive but English average. Could have been our accent.😉The breakfast included was limited choice but adequate. If you mind noise especially from nearby Pub St I would not stay here. The room generally was showing signs of wear... More

We stayed in the One Hotel in February 2014 for 7 nights. The room was not very clean and the decor had become very shabby with defective light fittings, cracked glass panel in the shower mended with masking tape and generaly run down. The bed linen was worn thin and darned with some holes and not changed every day .The terrace,(access... More

This is the most unique hotel for us to stay in SR. Bean, the staff of the hotel who welcomed us and served us until the last day to airport, was so helpful and attentive throughout our 3D2N in the hotel. We would like to thank him for preparing a secret and yet romantic dinner at the rooftop private dining... More

Clearly thats because I was the only person in the hotel! Yes, this is a unique concept. While I stayed up front in The One, my friends were at Be hotel. Both were nicely appointed and nicely spaced. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic for soaking after being out all day. The guys working the desk and hotel... More

Thank you for the review RD o, we very much appreciate it. Regarding dining options there are literally a hundred restaurants within walking distance and we have a good idea about which ones to recommend to our guests. We are happy to review the dining options from less expensive to more expensive, from Cambodian cuisine to French to Italian and... More

We had a very good experience staying here. It was romantic and the location was interesting (along a market allyway). We thought the BBQ was nice but much too long to spend with the staff even though they were very nice and charming. When checking out, the staff seemed pleased that we tipped them an additional small amount and told... More

It is very disappointing to read this review and find out the incorrect information the guest received. From the very first day we went to an added service charge, every single USD collected (less credit card fees) has been paid directly to the staff shortly after the end of the month when it is calculated. Nothing is every withheld from... More

The One Hotel is a great idea and has great reviews, hence the reason for staying there on a recent trip to Siem Reap. The cost per night is expensive in comparison to other hotels in Cambodia other than at the very top end but is still reasonable by Western standards. It is centrally located so great for enjoying the... More
