Staying at Shinta Mani is an experience in customer relations. When they great you with "Welcome Home" at the entrance, you feel they mean it. They claim to treat you like family, but that's accurate only if your family spoils you. The Shinta Mani is part of the reason I continue to return to Siem Reap. I love the play...

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. You are greeted at the door with each return to the hotel with cold damp towels and cold water. It's a very nice welcome since Siem Reap is very hot and humid. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. Truly the best customer service I've had. The restaurant is excellent and so...

We stay at Shinta Mani often and move between the Club and Resort. They're both wonderful - but in particular the staff are amazing. We adore them, just like family. Very professional and yet warm and generous. Chanra, Na Bross and their teams are to be commended.

We are doing Vietnam Cambodia and Laos very quickly but chose nice hotels in every spot. This hotel is centrally located $2 tuk tuk ride to pub street and easy access to Angkor park. The setting zen like, rooms great and staff so friendly it is hard to match elsewhere! Do not miss out!

Shinta Mani is a lovely, peaceful hotel with a very welcoming and attentive staff. Room was excellent, food good, and pool atmosphere great. Our room opened right on to the pool area. The staff were exceptional - said 'welcome home' whenever we came back from our activities and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is good -...

I loved my three day stay at the shinta mani over the half marathon weekend. Felt so spoilt by the staff. Everyone is so sweet and is really trying to make you feel "at home". The pool and grounds are lovely and the food great but really what makes this hotel special are all the small touches. Only thing I...

We stayed here for 3 nights as we were running in the Angkor Wat Half Marathon. This really is a great boutique hotel, and on our third trip to Siem Reap this is by the favourite hotel we've stayed. Facilities are good, lovely pool, decor very good, and spacious rooms. The staff are absolutely superb, everyone is always smiling, after...

Made this out base for Ankor Wat & surrounds - so glad we did - the pool in heat of the day was awesome. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, nearby shopping, great end to our holiday :) Wish we had more time
