Stayed at 205, room was dusty, lots of mosquitoes. Inform the front desk to spray your room about 1 hour before you return. Like what the other reviews mention, the property is close to the main road near several bars. On my first night, I found myself wide awake at midnight cussing Shakira's background music questioning the meaning of life. Breakfast is basic but tasty.

It's worse than a hostel! Checked into room 302. Too close to main road where the cocktail bars are. Asked for a change of room, and was given room 308... TV remote doesn't work with the TV at all. The bedside lamp, only half works. The door clasp is broken. Has a vase in the toilet but nothing in it. HAIR and tissue in the drainage holes toilet bowl streaked with stains. There were 2 beds in my room, both sheets were equally dirty. One had a long hair in it, I am a lone traveler. The other a stain on it. The wall next to the bed was cracked with black mould in it. See the pics, last one taken from room 302 with the tuktuk bars blasting the music from across the street till 5am and the monastary having morning prayers right after. 🤦🏽‍♂️

i've been a regular for many years, enjoyed the stays here, but now i am seriously looking for a better place to stay here in sr. the staff getting worse, my last reservation got lost, the rooms getting dirtier every time i return here, especially 3rd floor, ie rooms with #3xx, low water pressure, desert-like showering, drop by drop almost... 2nd floor much cleaner, but forget the windows or the mirrors...sticky confiture finger prints from small kids...etc. breakast buffet bland & minimum choice, unqualified staff. too bad, because it is a nice building, centrally located. bad is also the noise from pub street & rooftop night clubs with boomboom vibrating your groins until 4am. now they lodge school classes that bring additional internal noise in all the tiled halls.

The hotel was good location, it’s between pub street and night market. They also provided simple breakfast. There is swimming pool facilities there but I never try it 😅. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊 🙏.

The Hotel location was very good right next to the center of Siam Reap and Pub Street with a lot of good restaurants. The rooms were big and the beds good. The cleaning wasn´t so good and a lot of noise from the corridors outside the rooms. And the breakfast lousy.
