This hotel is showing its age in some parts , especially northern rooms (3 storey block of rooms - not shown in any photos). I must say is the staff try hard for you, very friendly. If you want something done or have a complaint they will endeavour to right for you. Breakfast (inclusive in rate) is good (mixture of...

I needed a place for a private retreat and found it with this hotel. The decor is perfectly charming. The big plus is the salt water swimming pool. The change rooms also have a cold pool beside a hot pool. Besides a great gym, and great food, and gracious service, I would recommend this place to anybody visiting the area!!

Stayed here for 3 nights to visit the Angkor Temples and can only say how pleased we were to have chosen this Hotel..The staff could not do enough to help you and the service was great..we used a Hotel driver to take us everywhere and he was superb. The hotel is well located within walking distance of a few restaurants and attractions. Pool was great although they could do with more sunbeds. Rooms were spacious and luxurious with some signs of aging. Lots of choices for breakfast and hotel was kind enough to arrange breakfast parcels for sunset at the temples. Few issues at check out with their...

Few minutes walk away from the centre of town, which is a lot closer than the newer hotels recently built. Large pool with mature trees, quiet too, but the food was poor and rooms could do with a makeover. Our room was supposedly 'superior', but in no way was it up to 5 star standard. Got bitten by mosquitos, too,...

Good experience for a few days, the pool is the highlight of this hotel. The building is pretty old and has quite a few bugs on the balconies, the rooms are nice and cozy. The staff are all great, very welcoming and helpful.

Great location, old hotel, not very clean, but decent 3 stars hotel, not 4. Staff are really helpful and friendly, free airport transportation is a huge bonus, one thing let it down is breakfast, really low quality, limited choices and same everyday.

This is a fine, Asian five star hotel. Pick up and delivery to the airport included, as was full buffet breakfast. Located downtown so shops, bars, restaurants are in easy walk. The internet was inconsistent but that was the only complaint. Happy hour drinks, wth live music are the best deal in Asia. Recommended.

The resort was actually very comfortable, the room was spacious and the premises were admirable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us, check-in was a great experience. The breakfast was ok, there were a variety of Western and Asian foods, many options to choose from. I samples many and was satisfied with the quality and taste. The hotels...
