Rating was high and reviews were great, but when we arrived at the Hotel it looked nothing like the photos on booking!!! It was Dated ,old fashioned and needed work! Rooms shabby and furniture looked old. Pool was a joke , it...

I enjoyed my stay at Seda Villa. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at the hotel as there was always someone at the front desk at any hour of the day/night. They were accommodating for rides and reservations around town/to the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean. I felt safe to walk into town at night...

I am a solo female business traveler working in Ho Chi Minh City, and decided to visit the temples of Angkor on my weekend. I was a bit concerned about managing on my own in a new country, but I was immediately comfortable and happy with the staff and facilities at the Seda Villa. The hotel arranged a complimentary pick-up...

It was a fantastic stay at this villa during my trip to Siem Reap. It amazed me that this small villa offered such an excellent service from their friendly and helpful staff. They are always waiting to help your need. The location is superb with only 5 minutes from Pub Street and Old market. But it is quiet enough from...

A beautiful, quiet enclave, with friendly staff who are eager to help. The appearance and amenities are unbelievable for this price-point. Allow me to describe my first impressions of the place. This was a real gem of a find and frankly, I'm amazed its not much higher in the TA list of Siem Reap places. Here is a run down. A. Location The Seda Villa is located about 20 minutes by tuk tuk. Samnang, a typically cheerful man came to pick us up, which was free by the hotel. The hotel...

Everything was perfect. The owner is a wonderful and helpful person, he gave us good suggestions about our stay, restaurants, etc. The staff is very nice, they also provided us a breakfast box the day we went to see the sunrise in Angkor. The room was very clean, bottles of water everyday, change of towels everyday. Nice swimming pool and...

I need a place for our incoming Christmas party and I came out of this place all I thought it's a big place for event but quite dismay because it caters to small group. Though managers who assist me is very accommodating. They have pool also inside and parking space. They cater buffet meal as well.
