Strong points: small size, attentive staff, great pool, good food, nice large rooms. Weak points: we were travelling with 2 other couples. Maintenance issues caused one couple to move twice during our 4 day stay. We had no issues with our room, however. However staff was attentive, prompt and accommodating. There are few restaurants withing easy walking distance of hotel....

The place has potential but is not organized at this point. They charged me for the free laundry service they advertise and charged me for things i did not order from them. They forgot to pick me up at the airport even though I paid ahead of time to be picked up. It is pretty far out of town and...

Thank you so much for being with us and your kind contribution. We found some feedback and we would like to clarify as the following: Of course, we did not pick up but we did reimbursed you USD7.00 as the transportation fee from airport that you paid for the taxi took you from Siem Reap International Airport as well as...

The hotel has a new owner and a new name: Community residence Seam Reap. The new owner is doing his outmost best to make this hotel even better than it allready is. Its a small boutique hotel with very spacious rooms and good beds and a nice hot rainshower. Beautiful garden and swinmingpool area! The outside area needs some improvements...

Stayed here for three nights as a couple, absolutely amazing and by far the best hotel we have stayed in in Cambodia. The staff were kind, attentive and nothing was ever too much bother. Our clothes were freshly washed (complimentary), the room was beautiful and quiet and they even printed our boarding passes for us. Slept well, great airy light...

This hotel is peaceful and set in beautiful colonial buildings, with large rooms. The young staff were so eager to help us, including serving breakfast at 4.30am one morning. The hotel needs a better road sign as it is difficult to find, especially at night, however hopefully that will be fixed soon. The free transfers, laundry, wifi and evening tuk-tuk...

The interior were beautiful and stocked with shampoos, soaps etc... Breakfast was included, laundry was included, tuk tuk ride into and back from town between 6-9 was included,...

We stayed there for 5 days with our children and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is very nice, friendly and accommodating and the premises are clean. Rooms are large and well appointed and the free tuk tuk rides were fun for everyone. We went everywhere in them even to the silk farm and loved it! The pool is...

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the Unique Boutique Hotel with our three children, aged 21 months to 7 years old. We had a fantastic experience at the Unique Boutique. We were picked up promptly from the airport, and quickly escorted to our room without having to "check in" like you would at a large hotel, which we...

A fabulous hotel where nothing was too much for the staff. We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel where we were greeted by Michelle who went over our itinerary with us (having sent it to her in advance so she could book things for us). Michelle offered us advice to help us make the most of...
