Welcome drink and cold towel on arrival. Very comfy modern rooms, nice pool with sun lounges and umbrellas. I think there must have been a glitch on the website as we got a very good price for our room. Food was good, didn't have the breakfast. Bicycles for hire 3$/day, although

I booked a 6 day trip to Siem Reap at the last minute as a solo traveller. Adrian and Nicky couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me restaurant recommendations, (although, I usually chose to stay in and eat at their yummy restaurant) helped me with a 6 day itinerary, and

Great little hotel located on a quiet side street just a short tuk tuk ride from Angkor Wat. The bed was comfortable and the A/C keep the room cool. Breakfast came with the room was filling. The restaurant and bar are open air and were very good. The swimming pool is a great

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days to visit the temples. The location is perfect, about 2-3 km from Siem Reap center and about 3 km to Angkor Wat. The room was nice in old colonial style, however the bathroom was somewhat run down with a lot of minor things which would be easy

Dear RunningFlavour, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay at the Pavillon Indochine Hotel, it is vital for us allowing us to celebrate the good but also to be aware of areas that need improvement. With regards your comments about our TUk Tuk service, the rates that are charged are in line with all Siem Reap Tuk Tuk prices - and in English currency average around £1.5 per ride into town, a competitive price. In terms of the charges made for transfers to the airport our pricing is actually less than Siem Reap taxi pricing especially as the distance is more than 10km. To address your comments about your bathroom - We would like to reassure you that we have taken seriously your opinions regarding the bathroom, and for the future have now put in place improved checking systems. Although are disappointed that you did not bring these issues to our attention during your stay which would have allowed us to rectify any issues or concerns immediately. Once again We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for staying with us and wish you safe travels. Kind Regards Pavillon Indochine Management Team
