I stayed here for two weeks in December 2021. The hospitality was outstanding - friendly and professional. It's a great location hotel - close to town and also to the famous temples of Angkor Wat. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I loved every minute of my stay.
I stayed here on Business between Oct & Dec 2020. Throughout, my stays, the experience was exceptional. The staff were fantastic and Adrian (the owner) was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Very clean, with great food and only a 10 min tuk-tuk trip to the centre, made for this most enjoyable stay.
I stayed here, for infrequent visits, in 2020. The staff, were first class throughout, with a very clear eye to attention to detail. Adrain (the owner), was exceptional and could not have done enough for us, during our stay, and indeed beyond. I would highly recommend the Pavillon Indochine, without hesitation. A very clean hotel and great food.
We booked for 4 nights in February 2020 and been delighted with the hotel. Quiet and pretty, a very clean pool, lovely garden and very helpful staff; breakfast was great with a good continental selection. We had many of our meals there - superb menu selection for both lunch and dinner, competitively priced and delicious. Opt for eating at a table rather than by the pool as the cats can be a bit pestering.
Spent four nights here at the end of a trip around Laos and Cambodia , and this was the best hotel of our trip . The rooms were comfortable and spacious , in a nice colonial style , with a pleasant veranda seating area in front of each room . We didn't actually use ours , as the air conditioned coolness of the room was more appealing . The bar surronded by greenery , and lined with bar stools , plus comfy seating , was great for socialising . Also had very good wine according to my wife ! The food was excellent as well . The location was very peaceful , but convenient for both the old town centre / pub street , and the temples . There was always a tuktuk or two waiting outside , and the five to ten minute ride to the centre was only 3$ , or Angor Wat 4$ . The best thing about the hotel however , were the staff . All were incredibly friendly and smiling , always efficient , and nothing seemed too much trouble . Wish we could have stayed longer .…
Nice clean room with a privat Outsider area to sit - nice and green garden- cool and refreshing pool- very good restaurant - very helpful staff- very closed to the Temple area - will for sure visit the place again
Great pool, restaurant and staff. Easy to get to Angkor Wat and to the central area of Siem Reap. I recommend you take two days or more to see all of Angkor Wat. We only had one day and so we saw about 3/4 of it. Quiet location. Bikes were available for a small fee. Best massage I have ever had in my life. Great, natural mosquito spray available at the front desk and I bought extra to bring home.
The Pavillon Indochine for us really was stand out, and somewhere we would return to if visiting this part of the world again. Its small, french colonial in style and very welcoming. We really were able to find relaxation after days in the Temples - which is an amazing, but hot and long experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers something a bit different, and authentic, stay here. p.s they are also doing a lot to try to help street cats, which for my wife, who is also crazy about cats, really was lovely to see! Thanks again Pavillon Indochine and hope we can return sometime.
Really enjoyed our stay. We were pleased we found a hotel that is unique - so many these days are just white walls and sparse, this hotel actually felt like home. The staff also makes this place, highly recommend
We followed recommendations from others on Trip Advisor to stay here as our base of operations for my second visit to Siem Reap. I found the location to be much better than in the center of town. We were able to get quickly to the ruins. And the location was very quiet for our recuperation after hours of hiking and driving to remote locations. In three days we were able to see the major Angkor complex, the Rolus Group and Bantay Srea. It was quite relaxing to return to the Pavillon Indochine for the pool and exquisite meals their kitchen staff make. They were able to help us with all the booking assistance we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here!
