The good things first: + the hotel is nicely located + the staff is very friendly and helpful + comfort of the hotel (rooms, pool, bar) is good What could be better: - breakfast offers just eggs in all forms and it takes a long, long time to be served. If you plan a trip in the morning, count more than one hour for your breakfast... - coffee is undrinkable
Everything was fine. They chose a super great guide for us to visit Angkor Wat. We left before sunrise, and they had our breakfast fully packed and delicious. After the visit, even after we had checked out, they arranged us a room for us to take a shower. Nice room, so clean and comfortable!
Nice little boutique hotel about a 15-minute walk from Pub Street. Rooms were spacious and clean, although the pool was a bit dirty. We stayed 3 nights and got a complimentary Khmer massage, but it wasn't very good -- it was supposed to be an hour and only lasted 30 minutes, and the masseuse felt like she didn't really know what she was doing. I would have given the hotel only 4 stars if it hadn't been for our tuk tuk driver, Gyin, who took us all around Angkor Wat for two days. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, always waited patiently while we wandered around the temples, and never moaned once -- even when we asked him to take us to sunset having been up at 4.30am for sunrise! He was such a lovely guy and would definitely recommend using him if staying at this hotel.
Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the temples. From the moment are prearranged Tuk Tuk driver picked us up from the airport we had such a great time. We kept the same driver who took us on the hotel arranged tour of the temples and he was always very helpful and kind. Even when I injured my ankle at one temple, the hotel arranged for me to go to the hospital to get checked out. The food available is very good and inexpensive, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt.
I stayed here for 1 night when my original place was overbooked. There’s a nice feel to the place but the rooms are a bit dated. Location is good. I’d recommend the eocambo resort & spa as a better option.
