Mr. Bona and the driver welcomed me at the airport although my flight was delayed. But unfortunately they've told me that I would not be able to stay at the hotel for the first day due to a pipe incident at the hotel. The problem with that was they only told me this when I was actually in the car...

Well, we were greeted at the airport by hotel staff and then didn't see our bags until we were shown to our room. We arrived at the grande entrance to the hotel and were given cold towels, traditional Khmer food and there was even a lady playing music for us. The building, reception area is very special, huge golden Lilly...

This was our 1st trip to Cambodia and we were amazed at this hotel. Where do you start! The property is very well maintained and the foyer is absolutely incredible. You are welcomed with cold lemon grass infused towels, which is so refreshing and a lovely touch. The staff are all so friendly and nothing is a problem at any...

Our stay in Siem Reap has been amazing, and this is also because of the excellent experience we had at Borei Angkor. And if the hotel is excellent, the staff is really over the top. Especially the precious help of the great Chivoan was essential. Yay!

A beautifully elegant resort with a great eye for detail - visually and service wise!! The rooms are lovely with all the necessities, the spa and pool are very relaxing but the staff are what make this hotel special! They are the heart of any stay and cannot do enough to help and ensure you have the best stay possible!...

This hotel was incredible from the time of arrival to the time we, unfortunately, had to leave. Check-in was easy and quick, and the rooms were above what I expected. Our room rate (49.00 USD) included breakfast, Wi-Fi and a massage! The grounds of the hotel are clean and very well kept. I did utilize my massage on the morning...

We stayed for 3 nights. The common areas and rooms were beautiful. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. The location is convenient for a short tuk tuk ride to the night market. Highly recommended.

Myself, my husband and 13 year old stayed for 3 days during July. The hotel is lovely and the bedrooms very nice with the most comfy beds! Our host Daniel was extremely helpful and booked several restaurants for us and was always offering to assist. He was a credit to the hotel. Although not right in the centre of the...

Perfect stay in every way possible. Kind, attentive staff, easy check-in and check-out, free wifi, free massage, late check-out, great pool as well. Room was comfortable, with a balcony and amenities. Would stay again without hesitation. A few minutes away from the city and I would consider that a plus.

This hotel is great, great facilities- pool and surrounding area is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING, could not be downplayed. Only reason for 4 not 5 is there was construction work happening directly above room that started at 7:30ish- can't be helped if it needs to be done but devastated that it was happening the one...
