Very accommodating employees, easy to find and near to night market and pub. Comfortable rooms also. Affordable prices and foods are great, I haven't tried the pool but I think it looks nice and pleasant to swim there.
Would recommend warmly because primarily the warm welcome and helpfulness of owner and staff. We stayed there for two weeks. We really enjoyed the foods and the pool area. A bit off city center but walkable or just ask for Mr Tim the hotel's tuk-tuk driver.
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and owners, wanting to help wherever they can. I am a wheelchair user and this is the third time I have stayed at 20TH Street as I find the staff so friendly and supportive.
Clean room, friendly staff, but overpriced for what it offered. Breakfast was interesting with no choice offered - they simply brought out a plate of food - omelet and toast - it was ok. Room was clean - bathroom just okay with shower over bath.
The common areas are very stylish and clean! Staff are exceptionally friendly and the location is convenient for the center. Our room was great, it was slightly let down because the aircon didn't work very well and we weren't given towels. But overall, this a fantastic hotel…
