We arrived Siem reap by night bus at 5.30 am (usually check in is around midday). The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for us a beautiful, clean, big room immediately. At 6.30 am we already had a shower and were ready for breakfast. Super service! Breakfast is great! Beside your order (e.g. Muesli, omelette, scrambled eggs, ...) you get...

Right from the moment I checked in at Landing Point Villa I was very pleased. The staff are accommodating and do everything they can to meet your every request and ensure you're comfortable. When I was shown to my room, again, I was very pleased. The room was very spacious and clean, but the highlight is the bathroom area with...

Landing point villa is a gem just a short walk (or tuk tuk) from the main city of Siem Reap. Far away from backpackers and party goers, it's situated in a more 'authentic' area, with lots of locals around and delicious restaurants, cafes and street food nearby (I highly recommend trying Haven for dinner!). The staff are really friendly which...

Good amenities. Good service. But the AC temperature is fixed at 16deg, so you have to wait a bit before the room cools down. But overall a good place to stay. My family and I enjoyed Landing Point Villa. Will definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and the beds very comfy! The staff is very kind and helpful and can organize a tuktuk if requested. The pool was smaller than expected but quite good for the hotel price. One thing is the road is very dark at night and might be scary for someone going alone. It takes 10~15min to the pub...

We stayed in the Landing Point Villa for 3 nights in total (checked out inbetween to travel to Phnom Penh) and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - they kindly accommodated all of our requests, including late checkout (8pm instead of 12 noon) without charge and the request for a...

This is a small hotel with approx 6-8 rooms, the room we stayed in is very big overlooking the pool. It looks like an family mansion, clean & welcoming. It is definitely worth the money. The pool compare to other hotel is consider quite small, but over all it is clean. And good to dip in especially after a long...

We stayed here for 3 days and couldn't be happier with how well we were looked after. The room is a perfect airconditioned oasis from the dusty heat of the town, and the pool is perfectly refreshing after a long day out exploring. Convenient location with tuk tuks normally waiting outside, or only a short phone call away. Close to...

Highly recommend the hotel. Great rooms, facilities and the staff were very helpful with all the requests. The rooms are very clean and great to relax. The pool area and breakfast area is very nice and also quiet. The best part is the size of the hotel with only a few rooms, there are not many people.

Given the glowing reports I was expecting much better. The room was much shabbier than the photos and had certainly seen better days. The so-called "special discount" was nonsense.... the real price is around the mid-range of villa accommodation in that part of town...but there is a vast range of competition at a similar price and in the same location....
