We stayed here for a week and it did NOT disappoint! It has THE loveliest staff who go out of their way to ensure that your stay is amazing! The rooms are HUGE - a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, living room area AND a balcony. The pool is perfect and the staff are extremely attentive to your needs - food and drinks by the pool. They have a spa with amazing deals - the staff can even do massages outside by the pool or in your room. I got the best deep tissue massage I've had in a very long time! The restaurant is delicious - buffet breakfast included with room price. I couldn't recommend it enough - a huge thanks to the staff who made everything beyond amazing!

Overall this was a very good place to stay. But there were some niggley annoyances. First the good bits - really fantastic staff (although understanding English was sometimes hit or miss). Very good location - at the North end of town (a $4 USD Tuk-Tuk ride to the town centre) - the Hotel was not far from the Royal Residence and Gardens. The Hotel has a restaurant and provides a basic buffet breakfast for free. The Hotel also offers a free shuttle pick-up FROM the airport (but not back again). There is a swimming pool with a poolside Bar. Now, let me be picky - the annoyances: the seats/furniture in our lounge room were "rock hard" wood, there was no carpet or rugs (just tiles), the cable TV was too small and even though there was a small outside balcony we didn't use it (fear of mosquitoes and the January heat at night was oppressive). Probably the main detriment was the traffic noise - our room overlooked the Oknha Oum Chhay St. which was VERY busy (and noisy) starting from 6:00 am through to midnight. All that said, we would probably stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms in the Eastern Block (away from the main road) would be best as far as less traffic noise...

We love this place so much this is our 2nd visit here. The last time we came was 2 years ago. I was impressed then, and even more so now. We took advantage of 1/2 off pool side drinks and they did not disappoint. The staff hotel also noticed it was my son’s birthday and they asked if they could make him a cake❤️ The hotel Itself is amazing but the staff make it beautiful.

Stayed on two occasions as a family of four. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a massive 2-bed apartment, complete with washing machine and kitchen overlooking the pool. The staff are super-friendly and the food was delicious. A special mention has to go to the chefs who took our Khmer cookery class - set up at a cook-station by the pool. We were taught how to cook an entire banquet, which was out of this world. The hotel is a 3-minute taxi ride from the attractions of Pub Street, but nevertheless quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

I loved every minute of my stay! The staff were all very professional and attentive. Staffed helped with tuk-tuks and massages and transport to airport. All the food was delicious but the breakfast buffet was the best ever!! I am still trying to figure out the egg noodle breakfast recipe as my husband and I had never had it until we stayed here, we went on to Vietnam and never had the egg noodle breakfast we had here so we missed it. It was made with wide, flat noodles and scrambled eggs if the chef would email me how to make it I would love to make it to eat!! Rooms were fantastic in size, AC was super cold as were the ceiling fans which were fast, plentiful in amenities and the kitchen was stocked with helpful appliances, fridge was stocked it was all so nice. Location is perfect and quiet. The food was amazing and the juices were super healthy and amazing. I didnt want to leave, I wanted to live here!
