Recently stayed here for a month for a university trip. This hotel has potential but is run down and lacks consistency in which I wouldn’t stay here again. Some of the problems we had were: - Super hard beds which made a month of sleeping difficult - Unclean bathrooms - Lack of hand towels being refreshed every day - Very limited breakfast options for westerners - Limited change at the front desk which made breaking notes almost impossible - Next to nothing space for doing your own clothing washing in the room I hope this review is constructive in increasing the potential this hotel has. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately this isn’t enough to increase the rating immensely.

The good: Friendly staff. Clean room. Pleasant pool. The bad stuff: Out of the way location, no close restaurants or interesting things to do within walking distance. Hard beds with springs poking out at you. We also had a faulty shower head in the bathroom that doesn't shower you, just drips water over itself to flood the floor. Broken toilet seat that makes it feel like your trying to pee in a crocodiles mouth while it's snapping at you. For the price, I think there are better places to stay in Siem Reap. It's a lovely city with a lot of charm and definitely worth experiencing, but this hotel doesn't need to be on your list

The receptionist and some of the staffs I think they don’t understand English. They don’t get what we were asking but they are willing to help. All the hotels are fully booked during our travel so we have to stay here. The rooms and facility are ok. The bed was quite hard for me. There is little shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Morning breakfast was quite ok👌

This is really an average "you get what you pay for" hotel. Front desk was always helpful. Cleaning person didn't always have enough supplies in her cart. We were short a towel one day. Our coffee (complimentary instant packets) was never replenished... ( none available in cart) Although to be fair I never asked... There were mosquitoes in lobby and room. No burning insect coils or any insect repellents were available... ( I asked) Most annoying is there is no shower curtain or door enclosing the shower, so water would get out. Blood stain on my wall for days... Floor molding also came off. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again...
