Service staff were always warm and friendly, making an effort to smile and greet you every time. Room was decent-sized and comfortable. Toiletries were provided for. Nice buffet breakfast selection. Wifi connection was good. Great location - walking distance to Pub Street, Psar Chas Old Market, the Night Market, Hard Rock Cafe, a mini-mart, plenty of restos around. Took just...

The Royal Crown Hotel lives up to it's reputation as a great hotel. The two pools were great to cool down in & the staff were excellent. We had a room with a balcony & it was lovely to watch the morning bustle over a coffee. The location is fantastic too - close to the market and the French quarter...

Stayed here over Khmer New Year. Room was ok, the staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 beautiful pools to use if they arent busy. The buffet breakfast has a good range catering to all tastes. Overall a good hotel but may be a little overpriced given the competition in Siem Reap.

Not nice as the name, Royal crown hotel & Spa is bad place to compare with 4.5 star hotel rate and price. The worst is the insects in rooms. At least 4 rooms from my group complained got problems with the mosquito then terrible sleeps. My room better no mosquito but house gecko sleeping with us. Swimming pool very small,...

The hotel rooms were massive!! Not only that, it was clean, and the bed was super comfy. It is situated only 5 mins from the pub street and night market (walking). The staff were so so courteous and we absolutely loved our stay there. Bear in mind, the "shuttle" that is provided is a tuk tuk which we were a...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect, walking distance to markets and pub st. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Two lovely pools to cool down by. Only complaint was that I could constantly smell cigarette smoke and couldn't work out where it was coming from, maybe through the vents?

Stayed here for a week April 2017, found the hotel very good and the Staff were very friendly.. Rooms are a good size clean and all have a balcony but with the hot weather tended to stay in the Air Conditioned room. Breakfast was typical, i.e. Eggs, Ham Cheese, breads, toaster, fruit etc with Orange, pineapple juice, coffee and tea....

The hotel is at the centre of Siem Riep, next to the market of Combodia (all products are made by Combodian). The staff is nice, the hotel is old but quite clean. My friend's room had mosquitos but mine didn't. The breakfast buffet is poor, vegetables are mainly.

This hotel is situated on a busy road but the rooms are very well insulated, there was virtually no noise when the glass doors were shut. We had a lovely view of the pool and paid a small amount extra for a suite. The room size and amenities were very good, we were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay...
