Great hotel with excellent staff. Helped us a lot to sort things out when our daughter went into hospital. 💊 💉 Best breakfast ever. 🍴 Could do with pool opening at 7am and not 10am for early swimmers 😀🏊

I was very excited to visit Siem Reap, but was unfortunately let down by this hotel. They greeted us when we got there, but after that, we did not receive the best service. We tried to schedule a private driver to see the temples and emailed the hotel staff weeks prior. They told us they could schedule this for us...

I ended up with a fabulous room with 2 balconies, a giant bed and all mod cons but the first room I was offered didn't have a wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes, which I found quite unusual (I've never seen...

Our golf group was booked into this hotel. The rooms are fine, although a bit on the old side. The rooftop bar is nice especially to watch the sun go down. The service at the roof top bar can be quite chaotic if there are many hotel guests there. Breakfast is good with a wide range of dishes to choose...

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of Siem Reap. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms are a good size and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel was good value. All in all, I cannot fault it and I would definitely return there.

The hotel was really nice and is really well located in the center of Siem Reap! If you are looking for a driver that will show you around Angkor Wat, I can only recommend our driver, Sok Mab (local number: 012967311) who was really friendly and accomodating!

Cozy and clean place, fancy room equipment and very supportive staff. All staff is speaking english fluently. Breakfast was also nice, and the pool looked good. The one thing that was not very smooth for me was the wifi connection but it might be only in my room so this is not a problem:)
