Hotel's Favorite
Was met by Kanika. the lovely reception staff with bright smiles and welcime drink. Even got an upgrade which was a welcome surprise. Beautiful hotel...quite large with exotic gardens in a classic colonial style...service only too oleased to help. Room very comfortable and large with great views ...wooden floors and quiet.

Stayed here in February just at the start of the Covid pandemic. China was already locked down which, we were told, probably accounted for the area and this hotel to be quieter than usual.
Made our reservation directly with the hotel which included breakfast and a pickup from the airport. All emails prior to our visit were answered quickly and efficiently.
The hotel's taxi driver was waiting for us just outside arrivals. Siem Reap is not far from the airport so we soon reached the hotel.
Lotus Blanc Resort and Lotus Blanc Hotel actually share most of the same facilities including the garden, pool areas and gym. They do both have separate entrances and receptions.
We booked a Landmark King room which was large, clean and had everything you would need including kettle, TV, comfy bed and a small balcony which overlooked the garden as requested,(thank you).
The pool and garden were lovely and was a nice peaceful area for relaxing after visiting Angkor and its stunning temples.
The brealkfast was lovely as was the meal we ate in the Rice Garden restaurant.
There is also a happy hour each day which we took full advantage of.
The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle and noise of Siem Reap but still close enough to take a very cheap tuk tuk each evening to visit the local restaurants and bars. One tip which we learnt was, if you had a particular restaurant which you wanted to visit, to give the details to one of the very friendly and helpful concierges. There are always tuk tuks parked outside the hotel so the concierge will tell the tuk tuk driver so he knows exactly where to take you and agree a price for the trip. This way the tuk tuk will take you straight to the restaurant and you aren't wandering around lost. The tuk tuks do offer to wait but we always chose to wander around SR after our meal before taking another tuk tuk back to the hotel.
Every staff member we met, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, bar staff etc were always cheerful, said hello and seemed to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.
This hotel was perfect for our 5 night stay. Should we return to SR in the future we would definitely choose to stay here again. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff the service were excellent friendly and went out of there way, we ate in the bar the food was great. Breakfast is fantastic and there is very high quality food and plenty of choices. Hotel and rooms very clean and large, with all the amenities you will need even tooth brushes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff is very helpful and smiling, especially the assistant manager who works in the evening he is fantastic very helpful friendly, professional and always ready to greet you with a 😊!! The location is perfect just 5 minutes to the centre of town with a tuc tuc ($2 dollar each way).

We spent 5 days here. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast consists of a vast range of foods to suit all tastes.
The swimming pool is large and a pleasant place to relax. The hotel is a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre and costs 2 dollars each way-the hotel has its own liveried tuk tuks. In the evening it has two restaurants providing high quality meals. The staff have a uniform unique to the hotel which sets a high standard of presentation.

Check in went well, staff at the service desk were very helpful at all times and really made our stay pleasant. We booked junior suites overlooking the pool and the rooms were enormous and quiet. Even though we booked a few months in advance and requested adjoining or adjacent rooms the hotel said none were available when we showed up. We experienced some a few minor, but irritating glitches. While the pool was lovely, there were never enough clean towels nor lounge chairs in the shade. Guests would take two towels and claim their lounger in the morning, only to return late afternoon. Attention on the part of the management to this problem, would go a long way to improving guest experiences at the hotel. When asked about this staff did nothing. Service in the bar was extremely slow at times to non-existent. Breakfast was a circus--way too crowded at times depending on how many tour groups were staying. I didn't realize this was a popular tour hotel and would avoid it for this reason during high season.Pity, because all of these little problems could be fixed. Maybe serve breakfast outside to reduce the crowding indoors? This was our third visit to Siem Reap and normally we travel there during late September, but overall we prefer smaller, less crowded hotels.

A 4-night stay at the Lotus Blanc Resort in Siem Reap. Of the places I stayed at during my tour of Cambodia, this was my favourite hotel for its location - away from the city centre and the air quality is significantly better than in Phnom Penh.
While the hotel is set back from the main road, rear facing rooms are best for offering views of the pool area

Really enjoyed our stay here. cost of the room included buffet breakfast and transport to and from hotel. the hotel staff go above and beyond (i think becuase they are looking for tips) which makes for a nice stay. the Pool was nice, i think the water could have been a little clearer but it was still nice and i liked that it had a deep end rather than being one depth all the way along like most hotels ive stayed at. room service was not great. We wanted to order dessert at 9pm and they didnt have any cheesecake or pie that was on their menu so we just got the ice cream. We used the laundry service which was great - got it back the same day all neatly folded. The front desk staff were super helpful in helping us book activities - they rang the happy horse ranch for us to book a horse trek. They do kind of push you to eat in their restaurants which are super pricey by the look of the menu but we didnt mind that. Would definately stay again.

we stayed here after a week in the hustle and bustle of Pub street. we found it to be much quieter and the staff are beyond friendly, they are there to cater to anything and everything you would like to do in Seam Reap. the pool was green the first day we arrived and to our surprise, after two days straight with a tempary pump/filter system it turned sparking blue. this is an older resort, but still lovely and next door to great coffee shop. there are tuk tuks leased by Hotel to look after any travelling you may wish to do. Of course most people are in Seam Reap for Ankor Wat, and this hotel is in a great location if you wish to visit the temples. you will need to catch a 10 min tuk tuk to get to pub street where all the action and restaruants and shopping is located, but it is worth it as this area is very noisey at night. breakfast was very nice and the western selection is one of the better in SR.
the nicest thing about this hotel is they allow the staff's children to come and swim once a month in the hotel pool and do activities on the grounds.

Our first time in Siem Reap and the 4-night stay at Lotus Blanc was perfect. There is a wide selection for the included breakfast. We were greeted with drinks & towels and can’t say enough about the professional and personal staff. The room, grounds and pool were spotless. The location is a short tuk-tuk ride from town and very close to a supermarket for anything you might need. Our room was cleaned very early each day and we were left 2 large bottles of water after each cleaning. The lobby bar was a great place to meet friends for a drink before bed. Tuk-tuks are waiting right next door to take you anywhere or to just explore the city. We are well traveled and have no complaints.

The Lotus Blanc welcomes all with a smile, one that is repeated by all staff. All the usual facilities, to a very good standard, with helpful individuals like the Deputy Guest Experience Manager Mr Sot who went the extra mile to help.
Recommend the tuk-tuk trips the hotel arranges for you, especially Mr Sambak, see him on WhatsApp. Good value compared to off the street.
To get good value food, turn right and walk 200 metres to Yum Yum Restaurant, newly opened.

Hi Susan,
I‘m a non-smoker as well, but I would assume that smoking on the balcony is possible; Also in the garden, as the whole area is quite spacious and the staff work hard to make sure that you are happy.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
- Michael
