Good location, not far from the bus station, where the buses from Vietnam come. We arrived at 6 a.m. and had an early check-in (instead of 2 p.m.), because there was an available room. But actually there are lots of guests, so I recommend to book it in advance. Everything is good, the room is clean and authentic. Continental breakfast costs 3$. The stuff is friendly and speaks English well. There is an opportunity to buy tickets to Angkor Wat. The first day made the really good impression.

More a backpackers location, room facilities are limited, no wardrobe or drawers, just a bench and table and chair. Very primitive bathroom, in desperate need of updating. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Your certainly living in an outdoors environment, leading to pest control issues, lizzard in Bathroom, large beetle in the bedroom and a few mosquitoes. No hairdryer. 3 coathangers and no spares. Poor wifi. Staff very friendly. Very noisy at night , a lot of barking dogs.

Really impressed with the hospitality and value here. The communication prior to and during our two day stay was amazing. They pre-arranged a driver and English speaking guide for us to visit Angkor Wat. So much more than we expected. Didn't realize it was a B&B when we booked. So the free breakfast was a treat. They even offered us a take away breakfast on the morning we left for the airport.Free pick-up from the airport. The discounted massages were also great. Pool is clean. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent pool. Our room comfortably slept three. Good air conditioning. The room price of $25/night for the three of us was a good value. Excellent masseuse. Good location with local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s walking distance to downtown (about 10 minutes) and to the post office (7 minutes). The shower water pressure was weak, but adequate. The toilet in the bathroom was cramped. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Siem Reap.
