Despite the information I've received that the hotel has just finished the overall construction in December 2015, it's such a shame that they cant do anything about the mosquitos in the room! They're just too many of them! Cambodian food is always amazingly delicious for me! 😋

Spacious room with a huge fan which is great for drying clothes overnight. Air conditioning is so so but room is instantly airy with the fan. Balcony is beautiful and over looking the inner courtyard and the swimming pool, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves too! Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast with moderate variety and...

had a 2-day meeting in this hotel. looking at the photos on the wall, definitely this hotel is known for meetings and conferences. sadly all the facilities look so tired and old, they should make necessary refurbishment to keep the hotel in good shape and attract people to come and stay again. breakfast, lunch and dinner with similar menus, although...

The hotel is not new, but the rooms are good and clean. The breakfast was good, with a variety of things. The hotel offers free wifi and it worked very well. The staff was really polite and available to help us.

This hotel is nothing too special. Room was spacious though, and clean. Breakfast was also ok, and I liked the pool area (though it's quite small, and finding a sunny spot can be a challenge). Service was mostly good, but sometimes non-existing. If you look for something inexpensive to eat, there is a small local market just next door where...

Stayed here because I was with a group of students and it was easier to get a large block of rooms. I would recommend elsewhere if you are a small number of people. There are better hotels I have stayed at in Siem Reap and they have had better rooms and food.

Reserved two connecting rooms with king size bed prior to my trip and even called to confirm the reservation a few days before. The day we arrived, we were told our rooms were NOT available; apparently they double booked and someone else had checked in before me. The only rooms they had available were not next to each other nor...

I had a conference meeting in February 2015 and spent three nights. It is very nice hotel with good gymnasium and swimming pool. It is also good for leisurely although I was on business. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Internet was fast in my room. It was very clean and the staffs are friendly. It...

The rooms and hotel are comfortable and staff are friendly and hospitable. There is an older atmosphere and the hotel is a tad gloomy but generally feels fresh and the grounds do have some luxuriant greenery

“All of the rooms that I saw were excellent. During a preparation visit in September 2013, I stayed in a regular room overlooking the pool, which was very comfortable and quiet. During the conference I used one of the two high-end Apsara Suites (normally used by the likes of H.E. Sok An, the Deputy Prime Minister). It was luxurious, and had all the office and sitting-room facilities I needed while running a large international meeting. The Apsara suites are on the side of the hotel facing the main road, but I was never disturbed by noise.”
