The hotel is not new, but the rooms are good and clean. The breakfast was good, with a variety of things. The hotel offers free wifi and it worked very well. The staff was really polite and available to help us.

This hotel is nothing too special. Room was spacious though, and clean. Breakfast was also ok, and I liked the pool area (though it's quite small, and finding a sunny spot can be a challenge). Service was mostly good, but sometimes non-existing. If you look for something inexpensive to eat, there is a small local market just next door where... More

Stayed here because I was with a group of students and it was easier to get a large block of rooms. I would recommend elsewhere if you are a small number of people. There are better hotels I have stayed at in Siem Reap and they have had better rooms and food.

Reserved two connecting rooms with king size bed prior to my trip and even called to confirm the reservation a few days before. The day we arrived, we were told our rooms were NOT available; apparently they double booked and someone else had checked in before me. The only rooms they had available were not next to each other nor... More

had a wonderful time. all the employees went out of their smiling ways to make sure we had a wonderful time. yes, it's a bit dated property, but the pool, food, and people made it awesome. the rooms are big and spacious, kept immaculately clean. the food was reasonable priced and delicious, and we typically had the pool all to... I had a conference meeting in February 2015 and spent three nights. It is very nice hotel with good gymnasium and swimming pool. It is also good for leisurely although I was on business. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Internet was fast in my room. It was very clean and the staffs are friendly. It... More

The rooms and hotel are comfortable and staff are friendly and hospitable. There is an older atmosphere and the hotel is a tad gloomy but generally feels fresh and the grounds do have some luxuriant greenery

Aged hotel. Rooms are rather dark, but large and with all the normal amenities. There's a swimming pool, though it looks old too. Breakfast is extensive but rather poor in quality and taste. This hotel is geared for conferences. You'll see the characteristic multi-national NGO people carrying their characteristic Cambodian-pattern bags every day throughout the hotel - during breakfast, lunch,... More

First of all, service is courteous and friendly. However, the amenities are dated and in need of some massive renovations to bring this resort back to its former glory. For example, the air-conditioner in our room was devoid of temperature and fan speed control; it's either freezing cold or no a/c at all. Toilet seat was cracked and yet wasn't... More

This hotel looks decent and classic with Apsara everywhere. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Necessary toiletries are available in the bathroom with warm water. I didnt get the pool view room, but the pool and garden is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is so-so, nothing surprise. The free wifi only accessible in lobby... More
