From the moment we were picked up hot and sweaty from the airport and handed ice cold, lavender-smelling towels and cold water, we knew we'd booked the right place. This was a real oasis from all the heat and craziness of a big city. We loved it here. The rooms were luxurious and beautiful and staff helpful and attentive. The pool was AMAZING! The food, if a little limited, was lovely. The breakfasts were excellent. It felt very good value for money and getting a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and other places was convenient, quick and cheap. Hugely recommend and will definitely return.

A truly beautiful hotel in a jungle city in the middle of Siem Reap! A long river-like pool winds by the porches of most rooms. The sounds of the cicadas is extremely loud at night, but the walls of each room is sound-proof enough that we did not hear their roar except when we were walking into and out of our room at night and at certain times of the day.

Also, it was surprising and disappointing that the toilet in our room was NOT "mail-friendly," that is, it was impossible for the toilet seat to stay UP when a man sought to urinate. Despite alerting the reception staff on three separate occasions about this, it was never fixed. In fact, we were told that this is not a problem, according to the 3 women staff to whom I had engaged. The public toilet near the reception area did not have this problem.

We were very happy to spend six nights here, away from the hustle and bustle, amid beautiful landscaping. It's a pleasure to come back from sightseeing in the dust, heat and humidity to the well designed 'pool/river' and relax on the patio of your own room. Although located at the edges of the city there is always a tuk-tuk available at a reasonable price. A special thanks to Chantrea at the front desk for her charming, efficient and personal touch.

Quiet location away for the CBD but only a 10min Tuk Tuk ride (approx USD $3-4) when you want to visit.
Rooms are situated amongst beautiful gardens with easy access to the large pool that winds through the grounds. The breakfast was a definite stand-out, with champagne, an amazing selection of fresh fruits & juices, pastries and an omelet bar.
Big thanks to the lovely staff that demonstrated exceptional service. I will definitely be returning, this time for a longer stay, hopefully sometime soon.

Every individual touch has been thought of, from the leaf wrapped bathroom soap, to a great selection of books on Cambodia available in each room, to room service buttons by the sunloungers and cabanas. An especially beautiful tropical environment with the winding 2.5km river-like pool away from the noise of central Siem Reap (which is only a $2 Grab tuk tuk ride away).
I was in a Grand Suite the first few days but then had to swap to Park View Double Room as the Suites were booked.
The suite was great but not necessary for just one person. The Park View Double was perfect though - just a few steps and you were pool side, it had a couple of chairs both in the room and on the small patio with a decent size bathroom.
The Pool View rooms are above the Park View rooms, and I had someone above me during my stay, but only heard them a couple of times.
The Travellers rooms are a row behind the Park/Pool View rooms, but a 10 second walk to get pool side.

We stayed here for a few nights whilst visiting Angkor and Siem Reap and wished we’d stayed for more nights. The hotel is very clean, with well presented rooms, friendly staff and a 400M long swimming pool that is a really unusual and fun feature. The whole place has an extremely peaceful atmosphere and is a haven of calm away from the bustle of Siem Reap, which is about ten minutes away in a tuk tuk.
The food in the bar and restaurant is decent and the hotel is in an ideal location if you are visiting the stunning temples of the Angkor National Park. Highly recommended.

The resort is uniquely built in traditional Cambodian architecture. A big garden, and the 200m long swimming pool make the resort very spacious, quiet and with plenty of privacy. The suites, amidst the greenery, and with a circular swimming pool, are tastefully beautiful, luxurious and surround a circular swimming pool. The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely polite. I especially would like to mention Ms. Mithuna Tep in reservations and Ms. Lourm Voeng at reception for their grace and generosity.

Loved this hotel - our first stop on our recent Cambodia and Vietnam trip and it was delightful. Everything about here is friendly, calm and charming. The staff were utterly lovely, so friendly and helpful, and as good as anywhere we've stayed. The rooms were perfect and the little touches such as turn down service with cake and a printed bed time story were really appreciated. Great breakfasts - fresh juices and prosecco a particularly nice touch; a lovely bar to enjoy a beer after the temples or a nightcap glass of wine after a Siem Reap reataurant; and as peaceful and relaxed a swimming pool as its possible to find. Can't speak highly enough- just lovely!

Very much enjoyed Siem Reap in general, found excellent restaurants and bars, and loved travelling by tuk tuk! Very highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap!
Located a little bit out of town (closer to Angkor), therefore not that noisy.
Large garden with lots of flowers. Great pool (~250m long 'river').
Rooms arranged in small houses with four units along the 'pool river'.
Excelent and friendly service in good english!
Great spa center with prices from 20-40 USD/hour, depending on treatment.
Twice a week 'Apsara' dance show at the hotel garden.
Tuk tuks to the city center take 10-15 mins and are always available. Cost are 3-4 USD.

My husband and I came to Cambodia to explore the ruins and enjoy the culture. However, after injuring ourselves in a motorbike accident in Thailand a week earlier, we needed some extra help to get around.

The employees at Angkor Village are genuinely kind. They helped us constantly, even before we asked.

The rooms are very clean and appointed with fine details. The grounds are very well kept, butterfly's everywhere. The sounds of birds, trees, and flowers make it peaceful and stunning.

The hotel boasts a 250 meter swimming pool that surrounds the grounds. I strongly recommend a pool view room.

The staff was also helpful with setting up tours, cooking classes, etc. The food is wonderful and there is plenty of it. Lum, the coordinator, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

We would definitely come back.

I would suggest contacting the following: Asia Vipa Travel and Tours and talk to Mr. Vivath. My husband and I took a 5 day package which included driver, guide, lunch and dinner. The most fabulous journey. Enjoy the trip

$7 dollars from Airport, pay at desk inside terminal. Don't know about 3 day trip, we paid $50 for a full day. We used the driver who took us from the airport as he had a nice Lexus SUV. Could probably have haggled but it didn't seem worth it.
