My husband and I stayed here February 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2016. There is nothing about this facility that was not outstanding. The staff were always smiling and helpful. This included reception, guest relations, concierge, and housekeeping, I had a bit of trouble staying signed into wi-fi, but there was always someone available to help. The facility is located very...

We stayed at this hotel as part of an Avalon Mekong pre-cruise tour. It was excellent! The food was delicious and the surroundings lush and tropical. At the end of the day it was great to cool off in the pool. Rooms were nicely appointed and of good size. Breakfast was plentiful with more choices than I can list! The...

This hotel is the epitome of understated elegance. It stands right across from a verdant patch of green, a rarity in dusty and bustling Siem Reap. Three vintage Citronen cars are parked in the front, adding to the French Colonial flavor of the compact complex. Staff are warm and friendly, but unobtrusive, and were very obliging when it came to...

We stayed here for six nights. The staff was very attentive, the food was a great mix of Asian and Western Cuisine including the breakfast buffet. The French restaurant located in the hotel was a fantastic surprise. The hotel is centrally located near the old town, Antiquity Museum and right next to the Royal Garden. It was a great place...

We spent three nights here as part of a river cruise and we found it to be a lovely peaceful oasis with very pleasant ambiance. Room was fine with a balcony but it was rather too warm to sit outside. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. We were ignored when we went to the bar, and I even...

The building is a beautiful blending of the traditional architecture with the modern pool area. Staff were consistently responsive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Location was quiet but central. Hardly a bargain though.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Everything was great besides the fact that the manager did not honor our one transfer to airport. When we arrived , we were told a driver waited for us @ airport. We never submitted any flight info or had any communication with hotel prior to our arrival so we were surprised. We had...

Dear irit r, Thank you for your review ! We are happy to see that despite this incident you add a great stay. Regarding this incident, I must apologize for the misunderstanding. Indeed, we provide free pick-up from the airport to our guests, and not drop-off. Thinking that the mistake could have come from a misinformation from your travel agency...

In the chaos that is Siem Reap the Victoria is stylish, peaceful, CLEAN, and 5 minutes tuk tuk away from all the hot spots, 15 from the main temples. The guest rooms are spacious (ours was ground level, not damp, with a lovely terrace), the food and drink were good quality with a breakfast buffet that was varied and tasty....

As other reviewers have said, the hotel has a wonderful ambience representing a period of French colonial architectural history. Upon arrival, we were met with a welcoming fruit drink and asked to take a seat while all the checking in formalities were completed which was much nicer than standing at the front desk. The room we were given was large...
