I did the yoga package, two nights three days. It was a lovely experience, the lady Who does the yoga And spa services is something special. They are very lucky to haveNina there! The package came with one private yoga session camera free additionally yoga classes, 160 minute massage, choice of a spa treatment. Followed by free breakfast and three three-course meals Which was thank you the best food I had on my entire vacation in Cambodia. Lastly, every staff member I ran into was always very pleasant and greeted me with a smile
I have been raving about Navutu to my family and friends after I came back; the room, lush greenery and the pools are simply amazing! It is perfect oasis for anyone who is looking to relax, unwind and getaway. The location is also a good base to explore Angkor Wat and the Night market, you can also get the hotel to book the tuk tuk for you. Would also recommend the yoga wellness program to anyone whom is interested as the teachers, Nina & Marina are great Love the breakfast and the wellness meals I travelled solo and I always felt welcomed in Navutu as everyone was always smiling and helpful. Would like to thank Naome, Lea (hope I got the spelling right), Sitro and the rest of the Navutu Team for the warm hospitality! Would definitely come back ~
The NAVUTU Ressort is a wonderful place in Siem Reap. The rooms are beautiful and have all the neccessities one would need, and all ecologically friendly (water bottles for free refill, shower gel in a refillable bottle and so on). Restaurant offers a good variety of local and western food to affortable prices. 3 pools (1 salt water) and a nice spa are also availlable. The staff is friendly and always take the extra mile to make you happy.
We spent a luxurious weekend at Navutu. We chose the promo that included unlimited spa treatments, breakfast, lunch and dinner (alcohol included). Their staff are just the best. They made us feel so special - even upgraded us to the Explorer Suite which had a bath.
We had never been to Cambodia. Our friends asked, "Are you certain you want to go to Cambodia?" After spending a week in Siem Reap, we have our answer: Go to Cambodia. Stay at Navutu Dreams Resort. Look at their website to see what the grounds, pool, and rooms look like. The photos are accurate: The resort really is lush and gorgeous, and the landscape is beautifully maintained with privacy around every room. The three pools are really that inviting. The rooms really are that large and spotlessly clean. What the website doesn't show you is the amazing staff at Navutu Dreams. Every single person working there is cheerful and professional and good at their job. The front desk answered our questions, offered tourist suggestions, and made phone calls to fix an outside tour issue. The dining area was well run; by the second day they anticipated our breakfast beverage choice! I had a Khmer massage towards the end of our stay, and I wish I had booked one every day! The tuk-tuk drivers were safe drivers and watched out for our wellbeing, even when riding through the New Years celebrations! The daily breakfast is substantial, and the protein choices are varied enough so my husband picked something different each day; I settled on the filling omelet. There is no outside restaurant in walking distance, but the lunch/dinner menu is large so everyone can find something they like to eat on the days you dine at Navutu for lunch or dinner. Now that we are home, we really miss the fresh-made juices! Things we didn't try out: yoga, homemade tea, huge bathtub. I went in the lap pool every day. There were many families with young children, and plenty of swimming space for everyone with three pools to chose from. We used the Navutu Laundry service twice. It is reasonably priced, and our clothes came back on schedule clean and folded very neatly! Advice: *Bring children's books to donate to the book shelf by the dining area. Also adult books. I wish I had brought some along, as books were very popular for children waiting for their food. *Walk up the street for coffee and smoothies at Muni Coffee. *Walk down the street for archery and ping pong at JJ's Sport Hive. *Take a tour of the APOPO Visitor Center (giant rats that locate land mines). *Book a trip to Kulen Elephant Forest. *Take a Khmer Cooking Class at a Local's Home (find on Tripadvisor). We had a Grand Tour room. The wifi was fast and the bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing. I am picky about my shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/lotion, and I was pleased with the provided products. Even better is they are replenished in perfect clay pots! I also liked the glass water bottle and the ease in refilling it myself. The ceiling fan and air conditioner kept our room cool and comfortable. The Navutu Dreams Resort was so relaxing and enjoyable that some days we just wanted to lay around all day!…
When we return we will definitely stay here! The facilities were stunning, relaxing by one of the pools and being able to order drinks or food to eat down by the pool was so relaxing. It was very family friendly and our little one often had another friend to play with, but with three pools there was at least always one spot where adults were able to relax in a quiet pool area (with a drink and book). The loungers were so comfortable with great shade, pools just perfect. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent and I cannot rate highly enough, how amazing the staff are. They are always so happy and friendly and would go out of their way to make sure we had whatever we needed. Out tuk tuk driver Poleng was great, he drove well and safe and it was lovely to have easy access to get around when we needed. Will be back one day, we miss it already!…
We used to the resort as base for our Ankor visits an couldn't have made a better choice. We had a spectacular GT room, the staff was friendly, competent and caring (and all english speaking). However, we did not find time to Spa and cannot commend on this part of the service. The garden has a lot of shadow and is nicely laid out. Altogether vety recommendable.
I had the best time ever at Navutu Dreams. My 7 night stay was just incredible, all made possible by all the staff who work here, from reception to gardeners. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really bent over backwards to answer my questions and help me when needed. Attention to detail was always there, whether it was fetching you a glass of water to ensure you stay hydrated to putting on the ceiling fan, if you were sat under it. Always smiling and happy, you cant help but smile and be happy too. My room was upgraded when I arrived which was a lovely surprise. It was very clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Actually the whole complex was really clean and tidy, all the time, including the 3 swimming pools. I made use of the yoga classes, one of which was in the swimming pool, these were really enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was seriously delicious, I had breakfast and dinner. You could tell it was all made and served with love. I had a Khemer massage which was just so relaxing, yet energising at the same time, difficult to explain how. Siem Reap is just a wonderful, peaceful part of Cambodia and a perfect location for Navutu Dreams. My stay was faultless and I was made to feel a part of the Navutu Dreams family from the minute I arrived. Thank you all so much.…
We had an amazing vacation at Navutu Dreams Resort. The friendly staff went out of their way to help us with every detail. They arranged for a GREAT guide and transportation to Ankgor Wat and many other places & temples of interest. We were delayed a day, and the staff reorganized the trip before arrived! I cannot say enough about the staff, the room, the food - everything was perfect.
Exceptional hotel: a quiet oasis to rest from buzz of the city and the temples Staff is fantastic especially savan at reception who organised all our tours, tuk tuk, circus... Breakfast is delicious Lots of efforts to reduce plastic and eco friendly Herbal teas always available Would definitely come back
