I stayed three nights visiting friends. The rooms are very clean and nice with maid services several times per day. The rooms are 48 square meters so quite large. The bathroom is specious and well designed The staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty. The beer is cheap and cold ($3). Three small swimming pools.
Gorgeous place, lovely warm service. Delicious local and Western food, even a children's menu. I had 2 private yoga classes which were amazing. The staff arranged for my husband to do a cooking class which he loved. Tuk-tuk drivers always at the ready, so no problem getting around. Very nice wine list and drink service at the beautiful pools. We took a few days to relax here after a tour of Vietnam and it was perfect. All the staff were excellent, but shout-out to our favorite waiter, Sa :-)
We stayed here for 6 nights following a 14 night tour of Vietnam & Cambodia. From the moment we entered the resort we knew we had chosen well. ALL the staff throughout the resort were friendly, courteous, professional and could not do enough for you. The restaurant, situated in the middle of the resort, served delicious fresh breakfasts, superb evening meals, and tasty cocktails in such tranquil surroundings. We stayed in an ‘explorer’ room. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, plenty of storage areas and so relaxing and peaceful nestled in the gardens. The three pools were incredible, very clean, just the right temperature and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. My husband had a massage and said it was very good. The resort is about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the town but there are always drivers outside waiting to take you in for a reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to stay here again, it was the perfect place for us to relax after such a busy tour. Thank you Navutu for such a memorable stay.…
This hotel is a really lovely hotel and the pools are a refreshing place to relax after a day of touring around. The whole complex is like a green eden down a dusty back road outside the main town centre. Its not a place to walk out from at night. But there are plenty of TukTuk's to take you to 'pub street' in the town or surrounding area, about 5 minutes away $6 return. We went out for a meal in the town and our driver waited for us, which was really great as we didn't need to worry about finding one that knew where the hotel was. The rooms are big spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant are clean and serve a small array of cocktails and other drinks - but don't expect to be drinking there late into the evening as they close up around 10pm. Which is helpful if you have an early rise in the morning or children and don't want loud music and people. The food is standard affair and has a selection for children. Breakfast was a small selection of pastries tabled served and choice of cooked food. We booked a romantic dinner for our last night and it was amazing. We were sat on the roof of one of the rooms looking down on the pools. They had decorated the area with petals and candles in a love heart shape. We had pre chosen the menu and the food was very good. Everything cooked perfectly an excellent way to end our stay. Staff were very helpful and arranged a tuk tuk to take us to Angor Watt complex and he stayed with us the whole time (around 4 hours) visiting two of the temples. We felt very safe on our own and knew our driver was waiting for us and was connected to the hotel so we knew he would not disappear. This hotel is out of the town and feels a bit isolated - But that is what makes it a great place to tour from as it is quiet in the evenings and has a calm vibe (plus there is a spa). for livelier evenings the town is only 5 minutes away. The hotel has a price list for tours and hiring guides and tuk tuk's which makes a great choice for independent travel.…
We stayed here as part of a tour with Intrepid Travel. The rooms are well spaced and villa-like. They are extremely well designed and had the best towels of anyplace we stayed in Vietnam or Cambodia. Best we’re the three pools; I especially enjoyed the salt water one in the rear where I was usually the online there. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. Dinner nothing extraordinary but we were glad to stay “in” one of our three nights. Staff were considerate and helpful. There’s always a tuktuk to head into town and we had a very nice driver from the hotel who took us to the airport for USD $18.
Great rooms and quiet in the beautiful gardens. Staff super friendly and organised everything we needed. Breakfast was the best go for the banana rolls which were amazing. Rooms have everything you need and we even managed yoga one evening at 6 which was excellent. A 5 mins tuk tuk away from the main town for evening meals and drinks.
Brilliant staff, extremely relaxing setting and luxurious accommodation. Cannot recommend this place enough, the service is just so good and all the little touches mean you can truly relax and enjoy your holiday, exploring Siem Reap and soaking in the relaxation at Navutu at night (or all day as we did a couple of times). The restaurant is also exceptionally good as is the included breakfast - and they know how to make a real coffee. As mentioned, the staff are very attentive, warm and friendly, encouraging me with the basic Khmer phrases I was learning but also very capable with English. Great massage at the spa too… Would certainly come back if staying in Siem Reap again. អរគុណច្រើន Navutu!
My friend and I stayed here for 6 nights and overall we really enjoyed it. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced (though more expensive than in town). The rooms were clean and while simple, had everything we needed. The beds were extremely hard and I tossed a turned a few nights, but I prefer beds on the softer side. The linens were nice and very soft. Another highlight was the staff, everyone was so helpful and kind to us. We enjoyed several massages and facials in the spa. Again, good therapists and reasonable prices. I would recommend if you’re coming to Siem Reap and want to be close to the center yet far enough away to relax.
Navutu is one of those places that truly are memorable. The rooms are impeccable and really nice. The gardens are lush and offer an oasis away from the hustle and bustle (and dust!) from Siem Reap. The resort is family-friendly with three pools, so if you don't like kids, it's very easy to avoid them as you have one of their excellent cocktails near the pool. Staff are super friendly. Food, well, it's Italian. Authentic Italian. I delicious as is their breakfast and coffee. It's also a wellness retreat with daily yogsa classes offered by certified instructors, they have accupuncture and other treatments, but I cannot comment on those as it's not really my thing. My wife loved the yoga. She's a daily practitioner and assured me the instructor was fabulous. All in all, one of the better resorts I ever stayed in! I absolutely and strongly recommend it. I'd offer feedback on where they could improve, but I really can't think of anything. …
I highlyrecommend this cosy and familiar hotel. An incredible warmth and perfect hosting. My room was comfortalbe, clean and I was very comfortable. If you need a tuk tuk driver, ask for Mr. Chhoy, I was in the luky situation to meet him. He was always reliable and on time . Thank you @all for this wonderful time at your hotel. Best, Leo from Frankfurt
