4stars siem reap hotel so poor, amenities in the room very old, some broken, front office staff friendly but they cannot help every guest request something always check with their manager and their manager very impolite, speech like never care the guest at all
Nina, if you ask them direct there shouldnt be a problem give them advance notice as busy season soon starts, from my own personal experience the rooms are large enough to accommodate your fathers rewuirements
