the hotel is located in the center of the town, close to all services (bank, restaurant, bar, shops). the team is very nice and very attentive to the needs of the client. thanks to the hotel, we met a very attentive driver (M Koh) who enable us to discover the many wonders that surround Siem Reap. The restaurant Socheata near the old market is excellent. Thanks for all.

Great location (in the center of siam reap), very clean and excellent welcome. The beds are confortable and overall it is a very good balance between quality and price. Sonim Nol at the reception is always smiling and always here to help and for good advice ! Last but not least, The restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in town for those who enjoy Khmer food .

I’ve been traveling a lot since years but this is the first time I felt am home away from home , I found a new loving and caring family with them . It was one of the best stays and lovely encounters I ever had . I was treated like a family member all the time , the Owner Mrs. Socheata is awesome she invited me to a family dinner and was always caring and looking after me during my stay. Ms. Chunny the amazing lady That arranged literally every single event , activity and reservation. And I was amazed how professional she was , a superwoman she is!! They arranged lovely tours with good prices I can say the best in town , and My private guide Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable and passionate. Make sure to ask for him to accompany you , you will have the best time and he will take good care of you . Oh last but not least the facility , the hotel is so comfy and cozy . Rooms very clean , bathrooms with hot water and good pressure, strong aircon , fridge , room service quick and efficient, laundry upon request what ever you want ask for it and they will get it for you .…

I say thanks to the Neth Socheata staff. They are honest, efficient, nice people. The hotel is near Pub Street, but very quiet. But the plus is the way they cuddle their customers. You can trust them. They are wonderful and deserve the best. Really.

We stayed 8 nights in a large (family) room with balcony, private bathroom, TV, fridge. Very clean hotel. Location is perfect as it is downtown, close to market, restaurants (pub street) and river, but it is quiet. Stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Helped to find transport (Tuktuk and bus connections). We really enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for staying in the middle of nightlife (pub street) in Siem Reap, this will be the right choice for budget traveller as paid around USD 20-25 for Solo Traveller. I stayed for 2 nights with private bathroom with air condition, fridge but no TV. You can find bargain price from many hotel applications as you may find similar price with free pick-up (by Tuk Tuk) transfer from REP airport. Anyway, free pick up service will be limited during business hour. If not, you have to pay USD 10 for pick up. You can bargain to get free return to Airport during business hour. If you love nightlife and party, please go ahead. Recommend for budget traveler with private room and bathroom. Only one comment is weak Wifi signal.

Our night in this hotel was excellent, the staff is really nice and the hotel is cozy. Great ubication and nice area around the hotel. I will choose again that hotel if I come back to Siem Riep. Highly recommend.

We stopped for two nights to go and visit Ankor Wat. Fantastic location. Owner and staff so friendly. They organised our trip as well. Brilliant. Great value for money. Fully recommended. Clean, friendly and if ever return to Siem Reap would definitely stop here
