I was treated like a family member all the time , the Owner Mrs. Socheata is awesome she invited me to a family dinner and was always caring and looking after me during my stay.
Ms. Chunny the amazing lady That arranged literally every single event , activity and reservation. And I was amazed how professional she was , a superwoman she is!!
They arranged lovely tours with good prices I can say the best in town , and My private guide Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable and passionate. Make sure to ask for him to accompany you , you will have the best time and he will take good care of you .
Oh last but not least the facility , the hotel is so comfy and cozy . Rooms very clean , bathrooms with hot water and good pressure, strong aircon , fridge , room service quick and efficient, laundry upon request what ever you want ask for it and they will get it for you .

I stayed for 2 nights with private bathroom with air condition, fridge but no TV.
You can find bargain price from many hotel applications as you may find similar price with free pick-up (by Tuk Tuk) transfer from REP airport. Anyway, free pick up service will be limited during business hour. If not, you have to pay USD 10 for pick up. You can bargain to get free return to Airport during business hour.
If you love nightlife and party, please go ahead.
Recommend for budget traveler with private room and bathroom.
Only one comment is weak Wifi signal.
On my arrival I was seduced by the location: at the crossing of two charming pedestrian streets in peace about 50 meters from the armored streets of tourists, terraces, cars, Tuk Tuk.
Then I went into the room: no TV while in the resa there was TV as equipment (at the end it’s okay). There was no kettle (but there were bags of Nescafe a mug etc... try to understand). No big deal, either...
In the evening I go out to discover the city and I return at midnight 50 min. The hotel door was closed: there were two numbers I tried to contact, to no avail. After several minutes I knock on the door and after several more minutes the night watchman opens me (poor he slept on a sofa without cushions or mattresses from the wood). Anyway, I’m starting to think one night extension is dead. Once in the room I was about to go to bed and I hear the sound of running water (as if we forgot to turn off a tap). I get up and see that the toilet is leaking and as the toilet is right next to the bed the noise is unpleasant. I have to cut off the water supply (every night).
The next morning, I discover that the wifi is very weak: I go downstairs to see the reception and I am told that in the floors the wifi does not work (nice, the wifi is in the equipment of the resa also, like TV, kettle). So I have to stay at the front desk to see my whatsapp messages, book hotels etc for the rest of the stay... I’m doing a day tour in Angkor (to do). When I returned to the hotel around 7:30 pm, I discovered that the electricity was cut off in my room. I go down (no elevators) to report it. I discover that the guy at the reception cut the electricity in my room (whereas before going out I turned off all the lights and the air conditioning: re nice).
During the days that I spent at no time we passed to change the only towel, empty the basket (on the way out I took the contents of the basket to throw in the street garbage).
Also be very careful when coming out of the shower because no “rug” or anti-slip towel in front: I almost slipped several times and walking does not help (very slippery floor when you go out with feet a little wet).
Finally breakfast: in the ad it is written breakfast included or extra. I asked at the reception when I arrived and I was told no breakfast at all even at extra cost.
Conclusion: the question to ask is that location is the only criterion to consider regardless of the rest? In the end, it was not very wise of me to book in this hotel. It's up to you...
PS: this is my first negative evaluation message. When I'm happy I post, when I'm a little less satisfied I don't post anything... but now...
And it is not a question of the kindness of the staff
Despite our multiple requests and the manager's promise to Booking to reimburse us the difference or offer us the room initially rented, nothing was done. I lost a lot of money on telephone calls and energy during this stay which made Angkor Wat less pleasant for me. To avoid.

Location is perfect as it is downtown, close to market, restaurants (pub street) and river, but it is quiet. Stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Helped to find transport (Tuktuk and bus connections).
We really enjoyed our stay.
Thanks for all.
