We are writing this review as we wait for our bus to leave here, so everything is pretty fresh in our minds ;) We stayed for 3 nights and never had a housekeeping service in our room. According to the front desk employee, the housekeeper "knocks at the room doors and in case no one replies to her, she goes away because you could be sleeping". (WHAT?!) There were no simple things such as soap or shampoo and the minibar was turned off as we had to grab our keys from the "energy disabler" device. Not even the free waters were safe, as they refilled the bottles with really suspicious water, instead of giving us new ones. We are now waiting for our bus, booked directly from them, and facing another ton of issues, because they are now claiming they said they don't have pick-up service. They are trying to charge us for a mug we broke during breakfast... But if you want to see a bright side, the breakfast is above aveerage.

Location was nice for going to pub street and the markets. All of the drivers knew this hotel so it was easy to get back to. Breakfast was horrible and after the first day we did not eat there again. Instead we went to the Feel Good Cafe which was amazing. Rooms are very old. My shower curtain was extremely moldy, which I did tell them about. We were up about four flights of stairs, no elevator.

I booked this hotel based on many things including reviews. Unfortunately my experience was very different from what many reviewers found. The desk was friendly and the breakfast was ok. After that it was downhill. My room was on the southwest corner & never got below about 80 F despite running the ac on full. I had no hot or cold water - just tepid. I had to ask for soap and coffee, both of which were supposed to come with the room. The desk attendant often left for extended periods and I couldn’t find help. Although there were fees for everything, they never had any change, so I had to repeatedly go down the street to buy something to get the change they needed. Next time I’ll try another.

Booked a room with 3 beds for 3 persons. I asked if one of my relatives can join me. They said they will charge 20$ per night for extra one person with no breakfast for 4 of us. My relative decided to book a room at another hotel nearby. Their hotel policy is from their mouth. They gave a key room but the room can't lock. I told the staff. They didn't lock and left it unlocked for a whole day. I couldn't change my room. The air con doesn't work.

Loved the food there. Not a high end hotel but tolerable. Great location near night market and pub street. They have polite receptionists and you can even ask to the to pack your breakfast if you are leaving early for the day.
