Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa garners high marks for its exceptional service, with guests often noting the professionalism of the staff, especially at the food service and front desk, despite occasional language barriers. The rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and space, with direct poolside access, although some guests suggest they could benefit from modern updates. The value is highlighted by an affordable spa experience and reasonably priced room service. While the hotel atmosphere blends traditional and modern elements, a few travelers find the rooms a tad dated. Amenities like the serene pool and dining options receive applause, but not without a rare disappointment. The hotel's cleanliness is widely acclaimed, from the pristine gardens to the spotless rooms.

As part of our 'return trip' to Cambodia, we booked our five day stay at the Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. From the minute 'Thom' collected us from the airport, we knew we were in for a special holiday. The staff greeted us by name at the door and the Front Desk Manager personally saw us to our room. We highly recommend the 'pool room' if available. It is equipped with all of the required amenities including direct access to the pool via our very own patio and swinging bed. Breakfast was a regular treat mixing both Eastern and Western cuisines. The spa...absolutely delightful, the pool...gorgeous! Live music nightly and again, a staff who repeatedly smiled, said hello and catered to our every need. This hotel goes far beyond value for money whilst remaining completely affordable. Thank you everyone at the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa. We will be back!!

From the moment we arrived to our departure, Su Makara and his team made sure that our visit was comfortable. The check in process was simple and whilst we were waiting for our rooms there was a large lounge with sofa loungers - just what was needed after a long flight.

The rooms are spacious and well fitted. There was a problem with the shower and this was repaired within a couple of hours of us pointing it out.

The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes and was constantly refilled so whatever time you went down all was available.

The pool and surrounding area was kept clean and was much appreciated after a day of visiting temples.

It was always easy to get transport in and out of the town centre where we ate each
evenings so are unable to comment on the hotel food. Prior to going out we enjoyed the cocktails and I became addicted to the spicy peanut mix they serve - I bought a kilo in the market to bring home.

I hope other travellers enjoy this hotel as much as I did..

This hotel has its unique Khmer Traditional Decoration which was caught our eyes since we stepped into the Hotel's lobby. People are so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a pool view one, you can find a beautiful wooden design inside your room. Buffet breakfast has many options.
You can find a TukTuk which is in front of the hotel for going to the town, yet the hotel also provide you the shuttle service to drop you off at the town.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay if you are going to visiting Siem Reap and I will definitely going to stay there again.

We were able to stay at this resort for 5 days. The service was phenomenal, the staff was very attentive during all meals and it was easy getting laundry service done. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and I never had a problem calling a staff member if I needed a new towel or more water. I really liked the food at the restaurant, they accommodated to all my friend's food allergies very well and they had the best French fries. We probably ordered room service for French fries every night. The pool and spa was definitely some of the highlights. There weren't that many people at the pool at all, so it's pretty nice to have the whole pool all to ourselves. When we went there was a 25% discount for spa services, and I highly recommend you all try it. My work doesn't allow me to have the best posture because I sit all day, but the massage helped my back so much. Overall, this is definitely the resort I'll come back to if I stay in Siem Reap.

The service at the hotel was amazing. They went above and beyond pretty much anytime we needed anything. We also took some water out of the mini bar but ended up not using it (we took it for the temple trek, but our tour guide gave us free water) and they even went as far as to remove the cost from the bill which was unexpected! Anything we needed wasn’t too much trouble and everything was super easy.

The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star is that the wife got a coffee cup in the morning which had a small amount of lipstick on it which wasn’t hers, and there was a miscommunication when we landed and the car that was meant to pick us up never arrived (however, this was agodas fault not theirs). Would happily stay there again and already recommended the place to a close friend. And the rest of the place was Super clean the whole time, cutlery, bathrooms, beds etc so I can forgive them one small oversight which can happen in even the most upmarket locations.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcome in this beautiful hotel. The Staff here are so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The large swimming pool was very refreshing after our long flight from London. The hotel is perfectly situated a short drive from Siem Reap airport and a about a 10 minute TukTuk ride from town. Angkor Wat is a must when staying in Siem Reap and again the hotel is well situated for all the temples. We will definitely stay in the hotel again on our next visit to Cambodia and would recommend this property to anybody looking for a high class hotel that is easily accessible to all the sight seeing monuments and the lively town.

Every member of staff in this hotel deserves a mention. From the moment i arrived everyone was so helpful, The bedroom i had was on the ground floor with direct pool access and so quiet. The pool area was well maintained and the pool was at a great temperature just right after days sightseeing at the temples.
A special mention has to go to the reception team on duty on 15/1/23 who were so helpful in helping sort out my delayed luggage.

What can I say about Angkor Miracle besides it was amazing!

We checked into a luxurious and tall ceiling lobby, where we were greeted with cool towels and delicious welcome drinks.

Upon check in we went to the pool to relax. It didn't seem crowded as most tourists are out during the day, so we got a nice private sense in the big pool area. There is a bar and servers who deliver drinks to you!

The rooms are large and comfortable with all the amenities. We also need to talk about how amazing the SPA is! I got a one hour massage and it was HEAVEN. Usually massages can be painful or too rough, but the Angkor Miracle staff was 10/10.

Can't wait to return!

We are currently staying here and the hotel is gorgeous.
We are in a copacabana pool access room and highly recommend it as very spacious and has a lovely outdoor terrace leading onto the pool .
The hotel is very clean and all the staff are so friendly and happy to have tourists returning.
Breakfast is good and we have eaten in the restaurant and highly recommend the beef loc lac it’s delicious!
There are tuk Tuks outside and a trip downtown is around $4 .
Great choice for high quality accommodation in easy reach of the temples and the town but with a gorgeous pool for relaxing quietly after a busy day . Cambodia needs the tourist to come back and we have felt very safe and happy here so book quickly before it’s too busy !!

We visited after Cambodia lifted restrictions and found that Siem Reap was a Ghost Town and we were almost the only guests at this huge hotel.
The staff here were great and happy to help.
The public areas are superbly decorated and complete with such spa, gym, gift shop, coffee shop, bar, & pool, as well as a large restaurant but most of these were closed during our visit. I suspect that once travel increases this will be a busy and bustling hotel with a lot to offer. For now though it's a somewhat dark and lonely place to spend a few days.
We were able to use were the pool (excellent!!), the gym, and the restaurant.
Breakfast is of a good standard with a range of western and asian choices. On two of our days the buffet was replaced with an a la carte menu as there were so few guests.
The room was very comfortable and large with a king bed and space for a chair, sofa, dressing table / desk. We had a garden view balcony with two sun loungers which meant that we were cut off from the main road at the front of the hotel.
The furnishings, facilities, and general cleanliness of the room were excellent.
We used the free airport transfer to get to the hotel though it isn't far - less than 10 minutes drive. This means that it is some way from the centre of town and would require a 15-20 minute tuktuk ride each way.
I would definitely stay here again and would love to return when all facilities are open as I feel this hotel would then be at it's best.

Hi. If am not mistaken there's one in the morning around 8am and one in the afternoon. We were always dropped a few meters to the pub street. But even if the shuttle is not available, outside the hotel are lots of tuktuk. Very friendly drivers.

i stayed in both kinds of rooms and i honestly liked the deluxe room better simply because even though we did not have immediate access to the pool, the pool service was the same. When we stayed in the room with pool access there were a few times when random people would stop by our cabana to take pictures, which was kind of annoying because of privacy issues, but this is not the resort's fault. I liked the view i had from our deluxe room too 😊.
