This is a great hotel with a good location. The service is the real gem. The staff here is so accommodating. We were there only a few hours until we were greeted by name. Pool area has cute tables to enjoy a meal or a cocktail. Food is really good and at a great price point. The included breakfast is amazing. We liked our little balcony but it could use seating. Tuk Tuk to Pub Street $2
We loved this hotel so much we ended up extending from 3 nights to one week. It is great value for money. Pros The staff were absolutely meticulous. The pool side floor was constantly being mopped and swept, and the indoor public areas always being cleaned! Rooms a good size and balcony very useful for drying clothes Great size swimming pool and very clean Plenty of sun loungers Really good size gym The whole hotel was beautiful, the indoor area by the loft had an incredible river with fish swimming around in and areas to chill out nearby. Also had a sun terrace on a floor alive the pool to escape the kids, if you wanted to! Computers available to use which helped us book our next flights Opposite a HUGE supermarket selling everything under the sun On the whole fairly quiet Nearby vegetarian restaurant was also very good Mango smoothie was a delight every day! Cons Location - a little far from pub street however 2$ in a tuk tuk to get down there. Also not many great restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast really should be covered. We stayed during the worst of corona virus and it was frustrating that all the non-heated food was out in the open, free for flies and germs to land on! Especially annoying for the fruit and salad items. Slamming doors of adjacent rooms a little annoying very early in the morning, however to be expected given people are up and about early for the temples.…
My family stayed in this hotel for 4 days and we had a fantastic stay! The staff were very friendly, helpful and honest. They provided us with tuktuk services and even though we could not communicate very well with the driver, he was very experienced and helped us a lot.The hotel even had taxis that went to and from the airport.I really liked the design of the hotel, it was very unique and special. The rooms were very cosy and clean and had a great TV! The food was really good, especially the lunch and dinner dishes and the included breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. My favourite dish was the chicken and mushroom and it tasted amazing! The pool was very clean and pretty big but sadly like all other hotel pools, I couldn’t dive in it. And the best thing, after a long hot day of walking in the temples, is this relaxation area with the fake grass and the mini pond, where you could lay down and rest.…
Excellent boutique-type hotel. Wonderful accommodations with excellent staff. Provides a good, affordable restaurant with a varied menu. Also provides a nice pool located outside but within hotel. Terrific foot massage provided after long, hot day of walking around Angkor Wat and other sites. Not far from Airport but still in close proximity to Pub Street.
When I arrived at the airport, the hotel had a free pickup - Visoth, who speaks great English and Chinese, was waiting for me with my name sign and handed me a cold towel and water on a very hot day! What an excellent way to start the trip! All the staff were nice and very helpful, Visoth introduced all the travel options to me to help me better arrange my tour for the temples and other attractions in Siem Reap. Ryan, some kind of manager I think:), volunteered to go buy a charging cable for me when my broke and was desperate to charge my phone. Another staff, sorry I don't remember the name, helped me with my SIM card. They are all so kind! I love the design of the hotel. The room is big enough and very clean. Shower is great. The food is great. Many choices for breakfast as well, and the best part is you can eat by the pool! And of course, the pool is very nice. Also after a day tour in the city, definitely get a massage at the hotel, the best massage I've had in Cambodia(hotel guests get 10% off), aroma therapy is $22.5 after discount. Worth every penny. Hotel is quite centrally located, about 1.5km to the busy part of Siem Reap. It's quiet at night and easy to get around to sightseeing places and for entertainment. It's very easy to get a taxi or tuktuk just outside the hotel, the staff can help you with it and it's only $2 to go the center, old market, night market, museum, pub streets, etc. And if you use the App Grab to hail a tucktuk, it's only $1.5! Cheap and convenient. Any questions you have, can always ask the staff, they can help you with planning and even booking some day trips. Very helpful! I had the best time staying at Treasure Oasis and highly recommend it to anyone who's considering a trip to Siem Reap. Will definitely come back again!…
The staff were extremely helpful! We wanted an ice bucket after the Angkor Wat Marathon, and the staff went out of their way to provide us the same! The room was clean, ample drinking water was provided on request.
We’re leaving tomorrow after a 4 night stay. Our first time n Cambodia and it’s been great. The staff are very courteous, smiley and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean, with good amenities. Only downside was not much drawer space, but that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Lovely pool and loungers. Very close to large supermarket and very safe to walk around, even at night.
Feels like home, really. Nice and clean room, delicious food and friendly yet helpful staff. definitely will come back and stay here if one day I travel to Siem Reap again. Not experience its swimming pool and massage yet btw, so it will be a good reason to be back :)
Just had 2 nights here and I agree with everyone’s previous comments! Staff are fantastic , rooms clean , good breakfasts. Swimming pool nice to relax in after a hot day! Enjoyed massage too! Those girls certainly have some strength. A couple of small improvement opportunities , yield in rooms a bit tired! Parasols in pool area need replacing We took romark ( motorbike tuc tuc) to Pub street and Night Market ! Lively area , lots of bars, restaurants, music and the night market ! Romark cost 2$ each way! Glass of beer in pub street 1$ Used laundry service which was 100 m down road! Excellent service . Large bag cleaned , ironed etc 5$ Overall a recommended location
I booked this hotel on Agoda after reading through hundreds of reviews of other hotels. This one sounded like a good fit for me: airport transfer, breakfast included, centrally located. It was the perfect fit for me. I was picked up at the airport by a dear hotel representative and a gracious driver. As we were driving to the hotel I was given a brief overview of Siem Reap and my stay. I’m we arrived at the hotel where I was met with someone with a cool cloth and a lemony honey drink which made me relax and think “what is this place??” I have never encountered such hotel hospitality and I worked in the hotel business for 45 years. American hotels could take lessons. They arranged drivers, tour guides, a trip to the circus. They called before I arrived!! The room was wonderfully tasteful and had a beautiful amenities kit that I didn’t want to touch for fear of disrupting the symmetry. On to dinner where the food was presented in gorgeous , top restaurant fashion. And it tastes marvelous, subtle nuanced flavors of Asia and the West. Departure âme too soon and instead of being dumped into an airport limo, my courtesy representative accompanied me to the airport. Many thanks to her and to all the staff, guest service at this most wonderful hotel! Stay here - you will be overwhelmed with kindness!!!…
