The hotel staffs are very accommodating. The hotel amenities are great too. Our Tuktuk driver who parked right outside the hotel was so nice to us. We booked his ride to go around Angkor and was amazed by his knowledge and help. The price is a bit expensive but if you come for a nice break and not during the holiday, and really want to experience artsy vibe, it is totally worth it.
Very modern style hotel with large and very comfortable rooms, with all amnesties. A nice swimming pool facing the river. Breakfast is really delicious and relaxing. Efficient and friendly service. A very good experience !
Had the best time staying at this hotel with everyone being so friendly and helpful throughout. It has a charm to it with it’s art pieces and modern decor to give a sense of ease while staying here. Will definitely be back for sure!
Had the chance to visit Siem Reap and found this beautiful hotel. It’s located next to everything worth visiting, the service is amazing and friendly. They organized all the trips and transportation. The spa is absolutely fantastic. Food is delicious and because of the location of the hotel you have a variety of options.
This is an absolute great hotel that is well located and has the best staff ever. Also lovely, well appointed rooms, small thoughtful touches at every touch point and a decent breakfast. They have just opened post COVID a few weeks ago but have got their act together. Highly recommended.
Love my deluxe king room, this hotel is beautiful and perfect. Room is clean, modern stylist, spacious, very comfortable bed, fluffy towel. Location is so central - market, spa, restaurants and cafes all within close walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very recommended hotel in siem reap !
This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is designed on sustainability principles yet so luxuriously. The a la carte breakfasts are the best we have ever had (green goodness toast - avocado and sugar peas and the noodle soup/pho were our favourites). The window seat in our room looked over a lush planter box of greenery. The rooftop infinity pool at the end of the day was a delight. The location on the river is central and within walking distance of everything central, and they can organise great tuktuk and car drivers (ask for Mr Pang!) for the tour of the temples. A total haven of green and ease. There really is nothing we would change. What a treat!
Treeline is one of the rare boutique hotels that gets everything right! We love the architecture, sustainable practices and little details that make for a relaxing stay— peaceful sunset swims at the rooftop pool, the delicious plant-based menu, unlimited drinking water that eliminates single use plastic bottles, the list goes on. The hotel is conveniently located by the river and within walking distance of the best restaurants and bars. It’s such a treat to return to a quiet and cool sanctuary after a hot day of exploring temples. Big thanks to Rek, Sophan, Wong and the team for the amazing hospitality. We hope to be back soon.
I have had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel twice now and both times have been exceptional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are heaven and the staff are a delight. The hotel is stunning, and the artwork is gorgeous. They have six local artist's collections displayed around the courtyard- wander around and take a look! We stayed over New Year's Eve and decided to try the dinner special at the rooftop bar, it was delicious and a perfect way to bring in the new year. Both times we stayed we were in the Junior Suite and we wished we lived there. It has the added bonus of an amazing bathtub and they provide you with the most wonderful bath salts for relaxation bliss. Wanting to really stretch out the relaxation mode I booked into the hotel spa 'Suri' and I can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had. I opted for the one-hour aromatherapy massage, superb. The masseuse was highly trained and very respectful. Everything is thought out to the very last detail. Do yourself a favour and book in. For the COVID conscience travellers- We stayed in Dec 2020 and all the covid protocols kept us at ease. Temperature checks, sanitiser on arrival and always available to future use. The floors have social distance markings and all the staff were wearing facemasks. They have found a way for all the protocols to be in place with it seamlessly blending in. A special mention to the staff who made our stay so wonderful. They were attentive without being overbearing and we were constantly greeted with a beaming smile, thank you for making our stay one too remember. Can't wait to come back, see you soon!…
I cannot rave about this superb hotel enough. I stayed here once before just over a year and a half ago but this boutique property has gotten even better since then. The service is attentive but not overbearing throughout the property.Considering the pandemic and the countries rules the property and its staff handled all aspects surrounding rules and regulations with perfection! We felt in very good hands. 'Treeline' really gave me the New Years break I was looking for. The beds in my opinion are the best in Siem Reap and I could rave about that pillow menu for days! The poolside is also pretty spectacular, located above reception the infinity pool overlooks the Siem Reap river and treetops and is where I spent most of the time during my two days stay. Thank you 'Treeline' for all that you do! From your environmental ethos and practices right through to your appreciation of every single staff member... If I could spend a month with you all I would!…
